Jay Chopde has over 30 years of IT and management experience and currently serves as the CEO of Emergys LLC, an SAP Gold Partner with offices in U.S., Canada, Mexico, and India. After spending a decade in consulting and with Fortune500 companies, Jay has been a serial entrepreneur and an angel investor for the last 20 years; having been through multiple successful exits. Jay's consulting work focuses on strategy for all areas of IT architecture with management of full ERP implementations across multiple industries, including custom coding and associated tools for mobile/wireless applications at both sales and service customer touch points. Jay currently manages teams specializing in applying Artificial intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) at key points in the order-to-cash process, drone technologies in warehouses, Chatbots interacting with business applications and AR/VR/MR technology applications in business environments. EDUCATION Jay holds a bachelor's degree with honors in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology & Sciences (BITS), Pilani, India.

Jim Cuppini - SVP

Jim began his career as a CPA in Big 4 public accounting, migrated to industry and progressed rapidly up the ranks. Jim brings 3 decades of experience as complete business operator/ manager with in-depth experience running all aspects of a business including operations, sales, and finance/administration. His sweet spot is executing "turnarounds" - transforming poor performing operating units by first assessing root cause problems (financial operational, process and organizational), next restructuring existing operations taking into consideration both customer and human resource requirements, and finally implementing workable go-forward financial and operating plans. His efforts consistently resulted in operating margins (EBITDA) well above the respective firm's industry average. EDUCATION Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree Cum Laude from Northern Illinois University.

Over Jim's tenure as an executive leader, he has consistently driven innovation and business growth in organizations ranging from $5M to $3B in global sales, and his track record has been successful in managing aggressive revenue goals. Moreover, Jim has been an owner and part-owner of businesses and has experience growing and managing companies with various business models and industries. Jim has experience working for Private-Equity portfolio companies, as well as companies in the following industries: high tech manufacturing, telecommunications, software services, building and construction, medical devices, chemicals, financial services, credit card processing, and pharmaceuticals. Jim has held the titles of CEO, COO, and CFO. EDUCATION Jim holds a BSBA from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business and an MBA from University of Chicago's Booth School of Business. With over 30 years of experience, Kevin brings broad experience in finance, M&A, business strategy and development, including a Big 4 background in management consulting. Kevin has led numerous initiatives in performance improvement situations. He has worked across several industry sectors including telecom, software, and high-tech manufacturing; guiding both domestic and international efforts. He specializes in financial modeling for growth and profit improvement; coupled with retooling sales-to-service functions to achieve desired targets. In addition, he has implemented new ERM accounting modules resulting in significant cost savings from improved data tracking and timely reporting for critical decision support. EDUCATION Kevin holds a scholarship MBA in Finance and Business Planning from the Cornell Johnson School of Management, with additional training in Mergers and Acquisitions from Northwestern University.

Salvador Arias

Salvador has more than 40 years of experience in providing business strategy, marketing and innovative growth advice to enterprises and non-profits. After receiving his MBA from the University of Chicago, Salvador began his career as a strategy consultant for Booz, Allen and Hamilton. He gained further experience as a director in the planning organizations of PepsiCo and as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Bellsouth. Salvador returned to business consulting as a Partner; focused on driving client value through strategy and marketing transformation at PwC and IBM. Salvador has in-depth experience driving top-line growth through marketing and innovation in the communications sector. As an IBM Consulting Partner, Mr. Arias developed IBM's telecom industry global marketing strategy. Salvador has delivered marketing strategy, CRM transformation, pricing, and new product development to major telecom and cableco enterprises in both the US and globally. Salvador has also planned and served in the non-profit sector. He has been engaged in strategy formulation for numerous education and non-profit organizations, including Mercy Care, Medshare, The Ferst Foundation, UNICOR, and the University of Mississippi. He has also engaged in numerous start-up ventures, patents and publications. EDUCATION Salvador received his MBA with Honors from the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business where he was awarded the Phi Kappa Phi and Merrill Fellowships, a Rotary International Fellowship for study at the Ibero-American University in Mexico, and his BA in Mathematics with highest honors from the University of Alabama in Huntsville while doing research in the Space Sciences lab at NASA.
