Dr. Schwindt combines Western Medical treatments and Philosophies with traditional eastern approaches that combine the very best of both worlds. Dr Schwindt developed his unique approach through positive experiences with alternative paradigms. First, as a student of T'ai Chi in NYC, he witnessed episodes of self-healing as a result of chi properly flowing through the body. During medical school, Dr. Schwindt taught at several schools of herbal medicine, supervised clinics, and saw the utility of herbal approaches to established Western diagnoses. Later, he studied the paradigm of Traditional Chinese Medicine at the Southwest Acupuncture College, and the Medical Acupuncture for Physicians course through Joseph Helms, MD, culminating in board certification through the American Board of Medical Acupuncture...
