Mr. Schwenker is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) and brings more than a decade of compliance, risk management and enterprise and operational risk management experience through his previous roles within the technology, consulting and financial services industries. Mr. Schwenker is active in the community by serving on the Maquoketa YMCA Advisory Board, Sacred Heart School Board and coaching youth sports.

Mr. Liddle joined First Community Trust from a regional accounting firm, where he supervised the income tax and estate planning departments. He is a life-long resident of Dubuque, graduating as valedictorian from Clarke University with degrees in Accounting and Business Administration. Mr. Liddle has achieved the CPA designation. In addition to working closely with clients in the area of financial planning, investment management, retirement planning, estate planning and trust administration, he leads the retail division providing support and guidance to the team of dedicated trust officers of First Community Trust.
Jason is a Trust Officer serving the members of Greater Iowa Credit Union. He helps individuals with retirement planning, retirement income strategies, investment management, as well as trust administration and estate planning. Jason has over 25 years in the insurance and financial services industry. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Northern Iowa. Jason completed the required training to obtain his Chartered Leadership Fellow (CLF) and Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF). He also holds FINRA series 6, 7, 63 & 26.

Ms. Kronfeldt joined First Community Trust with nearly two decades of trust operations experience in her role at a leading, full-service provider of retirement solutions and her most recent role at a nationally recognized human capital management technology firm. She brings from her previous positions in-depth leadership experience in 401(k) conversions, deconversions, distributions, fund changes, account reconciliation, statement processing and account reconstructions.
