BIO
Adrian is the founder and a partner of Five V Capital. A highly experienced investor with over 25 years of private equity experience, Adrian has successfully led and managed Five V's investments, including Ascender, Madman Film & Entertainment, Canva, Plenti, Education Perfect, the Probe Group, Zenith Investment Partners, Openway Food Co, Penten and Automic.
Before founding Five V Capital, Adrian was a managing partner and board member at leading global private equity firm CVC Capital Partners, where he helped establish the Asia Pacific and Australian offices.
Prior to Five V, Andrew began his career at Jefferies in the Broader Industrials investment banking coverage group. During his time at Jefferies, Andrew worked on a range of M&A transactions in the software, IT services, telecommunications, and healthcare sectors.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Advanced Finance and Economics (Honours) from the University of Queensland.
Angus joined Five V Capital in May 2017. He oversees the investments of Plenti, Education Perfect, Zenith Investment Partners (which included leading the acquisition of Chant West), and APP Corporation.
Beau joined Five V Capital in 2020 with a focus on deal origination. He has over 10 years of experience across the capital markets and financial services industries.
Before joining Five V, Beau worked at Pemba Capital Partners, where he led their idea generation and deal origination efforts into financial services, IT services, and software, and provided transaction support to the investment team.
Previously Beau worked at S&P Global, where he consulted financial institutions, corporates and professional services firms with financial and market data implementation projects and managed the Pacific Financial Institutions and Corporates businesses and teams. He also worked at Stifel Nicolaus & Co. in New York as a part of the healthcare equity research team.
Beau holds a Bachelor of Economics and Spanish (double major) from the University of Vermont.

Chris has spent more than 20 years working with companies globally, as a private equity investor, director and advisor. He has significant experience in consumer products and retail, business services and technology, and general industrials.
Prior to joining Five V, Chris spent nearly ten years in private equity in Australia, most recently at Adamantem Capital where he was a Managing Director and one of the earliest members of the team, and before this as a Director at Anchorage Capital Partners. Before moving to private equity, Chris was a Principal at Bain & Company, where he worked predominantly in London and also spent time in the Sydney, Boston and Johannesburg offices. He started his career at Ernst & Young Corporate Finance in Sydney.
Chris has an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of New South Wales.

Crystal joined Five V Capital in July 2022 as the Financial Controller, specialising in private equity finance and investor relations.
Before joining Five V, Crystal spent 15 years in private equity within the finance function having most recently worked at Crescent Capital Partners. She has also worked at Equity Trustees in Sydney.
Crystal is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of South Australia.

Daniella joined Five V in 2022 as Office Manager.
Before Five V, Daniella worked at Next Capital and Deutsch Bank in executive assistance, office and events management roles for over 10 years. Prior to that she worked in marketing in Brazil.
Daniella holds a Bachelor of Communication and Master of Marketing.

Ed joined Five V Capital in November 2020 and oversees the firm's venture capital strategy. In this role, his responsibilities include deal origination, due diligence, negotiation, execution, and ongoing involvement in the portfolio post-completion.
Ed has been involved in the negotiation and completion of the investments in Forte, WithYouWithMe, VendorPanel, Mooven, Cascade (where he is a non-executive director), Lexer, and Open Insurance.
Before joining Five V, Ed spent five years at the fintech Prospa, as chief financial officer, as well as ten years at Ironbridge, a leading mid-market private equity investor in Australia and New Zealand.

Faith joined Five V Capital as a team assistant in early 2021. Prior to this Faith worked in the hospitality industry, developing her skills in communication, business and leadership.

Isabella joined the investment team in Five V Capital in October 2022, with a focus on deal origination.
Prior to joining Five V, Isabella spent four years at Bloomberg working across APAC in product and business development roles. She managed the New Zealand business, consulting financial institutions and corporates on technology systems and data implementation.
Isabella holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales.

BIO
Jennifer joined Five V Capital in November 2020 as Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for the firm's finance and operations function.
She has worked in finance and funds management since 2001 and was previously the company secretary of ASX-listed 360 Capital Group. Jennifer has also held finance and funds management roles at Stockland, Valad Property Group, and AMP Capital.
Jennifer is a chartered accountant and holds a Certificate in Applied Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce and Business Administration from Macquarie University.
Justin has 15 years of professional experience across Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Myanmar, and the UK.
He joined Five V Capital in 2020 and led the firm's investment in Monson Agencies, Penten and Automic. He has a strong focus on software, technology-enabled business services, and IT services.
Justin started his career as an auditor with KPMG Sydney. Later joining KPMG Corporate Finance in Sydney and then the Bangkok-based KPMG M&A team, which covered Thailand and Myanmar. He also worked at Pemba Capital Partners in conjunction with a $650m fundraise in early April 2016 through to 2019.
Justin has a genuine passion to build high-impact businesses in a world of increasingly globalised capital, technology, and people.

BIO
Logan joined Five V Capital in 2021 as a member of the finance team.
Logan began his career at Aon, where he brokered insurances and consulted for financial services and commercial clients. More recently, Logan was a treasury accountant at Boardroom where he serviced listed and unlisted clients across Australia and New Zealand.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Otago and is currently completing the Chartered Accountants qualification.
Matt joined Five V Capital in 2022. He was previously an Investment Banking Associate at Houlihan Lokey for three years, advising on a diverse range of transactions including growth equity financings, financial restructurings and M&A.
Prior to this, Matt worked in the Private Investments team of Ellerston Capital.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Liberal Studies) from the University of Sydney.

Nick joined Five V Capital in 2018 as part of the investment team, where he leads deal origination, execution, and portfolio management.
Nick was involved in the investment of Universal Store, Openway Food Co., and Automic. Nick currently sits on the board of Openway Food Co. and Automic.
Nikita joined the investment team at Five V Capital in July 2019. She is involved in the investments in Totara Learning and Monson Agencies.
Before joining Five V, Nikita worked as an associate for two years in the M&A practice at PwC Australia, and as a cadet in their assurance practice. Nikita has worked across several M&A transactions, having experience across the education, FMCG, industrials, and agriculture sectors.
Olivia joined the investment team at Five V Capital in April 2022. She is involved with the 4Cabling investment.
Olivia was previously an Investment Associate at Global Infrastructure Partners for three years, working across origination, execution and portfolio management in the transport and energy sectors. Prior to this, Olivia worked in the Infrastructure and Resources investment banking team at Citi.
Olivia holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney.

Sara is part of the investment team at Five V Capital, having joined in 2022. Sara has spent more than 10 years working with emerging growth companies, in both advisory and ‘hands-on' operational roles, helping founders and management teams with capital raising, M&A, strategic advisory and execution of growth priorities.
Prior to joining Five V, she was part of the corporate finance team at Wilsons Advisory, assisting mid-market companies with accessing growth capital, and before this was in corporate development at non-bank lender, Plenti, during a high-growth period in which the company went from a scale-up to listing on the ASX. Sara has also held roles at Greenstone Partners and CBA's Institutional Bank.
Sara is passionate about working with innovative, mission-driven companies and teams, and helping them navigate the challenges that come with building scale.
Sara holds a Bachelor of Actuarial Studies and Bachelor of Economics from the Australian National University.
Prior to joining Five V, Shaina spent over two years at KPMG in the M&A practice where she worked on a number of transactions across the healthcare, technology, media and industrial sectors.
Srdjan is a partner at Five V Capital. He has led numerous transactions at Five V, including the acquisition of Education Perfect, one of the largest and fastest-growing online education platforms in Australasia.
Tim joined Five V Capital in 2016 as part of the investment team, where he helps lead deal origination, execution, and portfolio management.
Tim was involved in the Universal Store, UHG and Probe investments. He is currently a director of Totara, and Openway Food Co. Tim is also actively involved in the venture capital portfolio and led investments in Grow Super, Konvoy, Vendor Panel and Lexer.
Tim started his career in management consulting at global firm Booz & Co in Sydney. Before joining Five V, Tim worked in principal investing at Macquarie Bank in both Sydney and London.
