Allan Galper is Vice President & Associate General Counsel at Fidelity Investments and supports the F-Prime Capital team on legal aspects of the firm's operations, including portfolio company investments and exits, fund formation, ongoing fund administration, and day-to-day management company operations.
Allan joined Fidelity in 2012 from McCarter & English, where he was a Partner and a member of the Corporate, Securities and Business Transactions Practice Group. Allan also previously worked as an associate in the Corporate Department of the international law firm Willkie Farr & Gallagher. He has over 25 years of legal experience counseling venture capital and private equity firms, public and private companies, and entrepreneurs on a variety of matters, including company formation, equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, public offerings, securities law matters, corporate governance, bank credit facilities, intellectual-property transactions, employment matters, and other general business matters. Over the course of his career, Allan has worked across a broad spectrum of industries, including biotechnology, health care, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, software, internet, information technology and financial services.

Allison Kanter (Gosman) joined F-Prime Capital as a Marketing Manager in February 2023. Allison is an experienced marketer with an extensive background in digital marketing, event management, content strategy, and strategic communications.
Prior to F-Prime, she was a Marketing Director at Anzu Partners where she supported both the firm and its portfolio companies with digital strategy including program management of paid and organic campaigns, content development and design, and website management. She worked closely with C-suite executives at early-stage companies advising them on marketing strategies and tactics to support them to growth and commercialization. Before joining Anzu Partner, she led the demand generation and marketing funnel optimization for a Boston-based fintech company. She supported the organization in converting top-of-funnel activity into new leads for the business and nurtured to convert those leads into sales opportunities by using inbound marketing tactics such as landing page conversion testing, email marketing, and paid social advertising.
Allison holds a B.B.A. in Marketing from George Washington University graduating summa cum laude.
As CMO of Flywire (Nasdaq: FLYW), Allison sets the company's marketing and revenue operations strategy worldwide. Since joining Flywire in 2019, Allison has led the growth of its marketing function, building out new teams in APAC and EMEA, and scaling up a new revenue operations function. Allison was also instrumental in leading Flywire to its successful IPO in May, 2021.
She has more than 15 years of marketing experience, including seven years at Rapid7 (Nasdaq: RPD). There, she focused on building and optimizing the company's growth by building and scaling demand generation, business development, and operations. Previously, she worked at Forrester in several digital and field-based roles.
Allison is on the Board of Trustees of the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council, and serves as strategic advisor to early-stage companies. Allison holds a Master of Arts in Integrated Marketing from Emerson College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Amber Cai is a Venture Partner with F-Prime Capital, focusing on early-stage biotechnology investments. She is the founding CEO of Geneception, a leading gene and cell therapy company.
Prior to joining Geneception, Amber was a founding member of Novartis' R&D Center in China, where she was most recently the Head of Operations and led the Center's overall business operations overseeing a broad set of functions. During 2005-2006, Amber led the efforts to establish Novartis' R&D presence in China from the concept stage to implementation. After the Center was established in 2006 as the first fully integrated research and development center in China by multinational pharma companies, she played an instrumental role in recruiting talent, establishing operations, developing Novartis' China R&D strategy, and building strategic partnerships with government and other external stakeholders and collaborators. Prior to her work in China, Amber was with the Business Development at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Researches in Cambridge, MA.
Amber has decades of experience in science before shifting her career into business. She completed her Ph.D. at Massachusetts Institute of Technology in GPCR signaling and holds an MBA degree from MIT Sloan School of Management.

Carl Byers brings significant operating experience in healthcare IT to his role as Partner. He was on the founding team at athenahealth, Inc. (Nasdaq: ATHN), where he served as Chief Financial Officer from 1997 to 2010. Carl was responsible for the company's finance, legal and corporate technology teams and served as a key advisor to the CEO. When athenahealth was a private company, he built the company's financial systems and led seven rounds of equity and subordinated debt financing. Carl led athenahealth's 2007 Initial Public Offering, which the Wall Street Journal named as the year's most successful. In his tenure, he also held various operational roles at different times. Prior to the founding of athenahealth, Carl was a Senior Consultant in Booz, Allen & Hamilton's New York office, where he worked in the financial services and health insurance industries. Carl teaches entrepreneurial finance at Harvard's Kennedy School where he is an Adjunct Lecturer on Public Policy. He was appointed by Governor Charlie Baker to the Massachusetts Digital Health Council.

Carlos Bustamante joined F-Prime Capital in January 2019 as a Venture Partner based in Silicon Valley, California and is focused on the application of data science and genomics technology to problems in medicine, agriculture, and biology. He is currently on leave from Stanford University where he is a Professor of Biomedical Data Science, Genetics, and (by courtesy) Biology, was founding Director of the Stanford Center for Computational, Evolutionary, and Human Genomics and is Inaugural Chair of the Department of Biomedical Data Science.
Carlos has a passion for building new academic units, non-profits, and companies to solve pressing scientific challenges. He is currently a Director at EdenRoc Sciences, LLC and Etalon DX, founder of Arc Bio, LLC and CDB Consulting LTD., and has served as an SAB member for more than a dozen companies.
Carlos received his Ph.D. in Biology and MS in Statistics from Harvard University.
Carolyn Haley joined F-Prime Capital in 2023 where she serves as a Partner, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer and manages the administrative functions of the firm.
Prior to joining F-Prime Capital, Carolyn was a partner and Global Head of Operations and Finance at GMO LLC where she was responsible for the firm's strategic operating model and led various functions including Operations, Finance, Tax, Corporate Accounting, Enterprise Data Management and Investment Analysis. She also served as President and Trustee of the GMO Trust group of mutual funds, was a member of the Board of Directors for all of the firm's subsidiaries and a served on several of the firm's key governance committees, including the ESG and the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Groups. Prior to GMO, Carolyn was Treasurer and Chief Compliance Officer at Tekla Capital Management (formerly Hambrecht & Quist Capital Management LLC). Prior to that, she was a senior manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where she served a broad range of clients in the asset management industry.
Ms. Haley earned her bachelor's degree in Economics and History from Boston University, graduating magna cum laude, and her Masters of Science in Accounting from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She is a Certified Public Accountant.

Earlier in her career, Cathy held various accounting and tax roles at Blackstone, Bain Capital, Bain & Company, and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Chong is a Partner at F-Prime Capital. Christine D'Attilio joined F-Prime in October of 2005. She is Executive Assistant to Robert Weisskoff, Ph.D. Prior to F-Prime, she worked as an Executive Assistant for Fidelity and Pembroke Real Estate supporting the senior project management teams, assisting in special projects and event planning. Christine received her BFA from Massachusetts College of Art and Design.

Clay Basser-Wall is the Vice President of Risk and Compliance at F-Prime Capital. Clay has more than 20 years of legal and compliance experience. He joined Fidelity Investments in 2015 and recently served as the Vice President of Inside Information Compliance and Employee Trade Monitoring in Fidelity's Ethics Office.
Prior to joining Fidelity, Clay was an Enforcement Attorney for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where he investigated potential violations of the federal securities laws. Dr. Greg Licholai is a Special Advisor focused on clinical transformation and healthcare data strategy. He is Chief Medical Officer and Chief Innovation Officer, and President of Symphony Health at ICON plc. Dr. Licholai is on the faculty of Yale School of Management, Co-Director of the Center for Digital Health and teaches Innovating Healthcare at Harvard Business School. Previously, he was President of rare disease at Moderna Therapeutics, President and Chief Medical Officer at Castle Creek Pharmaceuticals, and partner at McKinsey & Co. where he ran the healthcare data service line. He was also a senior executive at Proteostasis, Amicus Therapeutics and Medtronic Neurological as well as venture investor for Domain Associates, and was co-founder of Immunome Therapeutics.
Dr. Licholai attended Harvard Business School, Yale School of Medicine, Columbia University and Boston College. He was previously co-founder and CEO of Pulmocide and Respivert Ltd. which were drug discovery companies focused on the identification of novel disease modifying treatments for severe asthma and new generation inhaled antiviral and antifungal agents.
Garth is a medical graduate who undertook post-graduate training at the Universities of Glasgow and Oxford. After working at Pfizer Research in the UK he moved to GSK where he was SVP of Drug Discovery in the Respiratory area in which he led the discovery and early development new inhaled therapies for asthma and COPD.

Grace also worked as a senior tax accountant at Ernst & Young, where she specialized in providing tax compliance services to clients in the private equity and technology industries.
Grace received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Science in Accounting from Boston College. She is a certified public accountant in the state of Massachusetts.
Hannah is a Venture Partner at F-Prime Capital and leads Business Development and Mortgage at Argyle. Previously she was on F-Prime's tech investment team focused on early-stage FinTech investments. Prior to joining F-Prime, Hannah worked closely with startups in Johannesburg as an associate with Secha Capital, where she spent every day on the ground helping teams in Secha's portfolio scale. She was a consultant with Bain & Company in Atlanta, where she served large tech clients and worked extensively with the Private Equity practice on deals spanning healthcare, e-commerce and industrials. She began her career working for non-profits in international development, where she saw firsthand the impact that innovative financial products can have on people's lives. Hannah received her BA in Public Policy from Duke University.
Harlan Krumholz joined F-Prime Capital in August 2020 as a Venture Partner and is focused on transformative approaches to improve the delivery of care, conduct of research, and empowerment of people in their health decisions - and measures success by the positive, tangible effect on people's lives. He is the Harold H. Hines, Jr. Professor of Medicine at Yale University and the founding Director of the Yale New Haven Hospital Center for Outcomes Research and Evaluation, one of the nation's first and most distinguished groups focusing on using applied science to improve health and healthcare. He is also a founder of two companies and an advisor for many others.

Prior to F-Prime, he helped lead digital go-to-market strategy at Google for the company's hardware & services. He previously advised corporate executives on behalf of J.P. Henry graduated from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and studied Economics and Chinese at Boston University. He also serves on the board of the Chestnut Hill Community Association in Philadelphia.
Ishani Ganguli is a Venture Advisor with F-Prime Capital. She is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and a practicing primary care physician at Brigham & Women's Hospital. As a health services and policy researcher, she studies the value of ambulatory care and how health care policies and payment/delivery models shape patient and clinician behavior. Ishani received an AB from Harvard College, an MD from Harvard Medical School, and an MPH from the Harvard School of Public Health. She trained in internal medicine/primary care and completed a fellowship in health policy and management, both at Massachusetts General Hospital.

Jay Farber is a Venture Partner at F-Prime Capital, where he leads early-stage investments in FinTech and SaaS companies. Jay joined F-Prime in 2015. He has led or participated in investments in Papaya Payments, AvantStay, Quovo, Snapsheet, Vestwell, and a company still in stealth.
Jay is also Chief of Staff at Juniper Square, the leading provider of investment management software for commercial real estate (CRE). Juniper Square's customers manage more than $1 Trillion of assets around the world.
Jay is physically a Bay Area resident and culturally a Seattleite, but has invested across the country and does not hold the Patriots fandom of his F-Prime colleagues against them (mostly).

Prior to joining F-Prime in 2015, Jessica was an engagement manager in McKinsey and Company's Boston office, where she focused on pharmaceuticals and medical products and advised companies across a range of strategic, organizational, and operational topics. She began her career at MIT Lincoln Laboratory in the Biodefense Systems group, where she worked on developing novel techniques for the detection of biological agents. She currently serves on the board of New England Venture Capital Association (NEVCA).

Jillian Enos is Senior Director of Finance and joined F-Prime Capital in April 2022. Prior to joining F-Prime, she worked at Charlesbank Capital Partners where she held the position of Valuations and Portfolio Reporting Manager. Jill also worked at PwC for six years, most recently as a Manager in their Assurance practice, where she was primarily focused on private equity and private credit fund clients.
Josh is a cofounder of Stavvy, a Boston-based fintech company, where he leads product, engineering, people, and finance. A lifelong technologist, Josh has focused on entrepreneurship, financial services, cybersecurity, privacy, and anti-fraud technology. Josh has been responsible for building and leading teams - from niche startups to large federal agencies - tackling some of the world's largest fraud, abuse, and security challenges. Before Stavvy, he served as the Chief Security Officer (CSO) at DigitalOcean where he oversaw the legal operations, trust & safety, security, and fraud & abuse teams. Josh also launched Rapid7's security organization, operating as the CSO he functioned as one of the corporate spokespeople and a member of the product leadership team. In addition to his operational background, Josh continues to serve as a professional advisor at the Martin Trust Center for MIT Entrepreneurship.
Josh earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland and his MBA from the Sloan School of Management at MIT.
