He wins the staff trophy for his proficiency with construction documents and managing the construction process, and admits to a keen appreciation for building and zoning codes because of the clear and objective direction they provide. Clients know David Stewart is a champion for process transparency, cost-effective design and on-time project delivery. Josh Lincicome gets high marks from his team members for his interest in and engagement with the client's vision and project. He embraces challenges with the same spirit as the most seasoned of us. Recognizing that potential, Principals Vince Haines and David Stewart are hard at work giving him the chops of a collaborator. Josh provides detailed and to-scale drawings to consultants and can bring projects to life utilizing Building Information Management (BIM). He supports a wide range of project types and excels in applying drafting to achieve tangible results.
Kerrie Parker is our firm's North Star when it comes to the systems that drive project success. With nearly 20 years' experience, she's a key contributor in moving projects and designs forward. We depend on her. Our information gatherer, Kerrie applies a robust knowledge of materials to check construction feasibility. Design development is where she shines, though, as she skillfully fills in the big picture with specific details to execute the client's vision.
Tyler Norris has over 20 years' experience in the creative sector. From branding to web development to residential design, Tyler has worn many hats throughout his creative career. His focus at Gravity::Works is specifically centered around graphic design and visualization. Helping clients and their partners capture the vision for their projects through realistic renderings is his goal. Paired with quality print design in promotional materials, he also elevates the level of marketing required for the successful execution of capital campaigns.
