Mr. Montgomery has over 16 years of engineering and leadership experience. Most recently, he managed Pioneer Water Management's $1.3 billion capital program to plan, contract and construct its produced water systems. Upon completion of the water program, he led Pioneer's efforts to maximize well value and reduce drilling and completion costs. Previously, he held commercial and engineering roles at Access Midstream Partners. He holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Mr. Montgomery earned his B.S. in mathematics from the United States Naval Academy, where he was a four-year letterman on the varsity soccer team. Upon graduation, he served as a naval officer and aviator in the U.S. Navy.
Mr. Capobianco founded Five Point Energy in 2011 after founding and serving as co-head of Vulcan Capital, the direct investment arm for Paul G. Allen, where he led multiple take-private, acquisition, development, spinout, and build-up activities.

Mr. Bolling has more than 10 years of experience advising energy clients. Most recently, he was VP and general counsel for Core Midstream LLC, a venture-stage midstream company. Previously, he was assistant general counsel at PennTex Midstream Partners LLC, responsible for securities, M&A and commercial transactions. Prior to that, he was an associate at Bracewell LLP where he focused on capital markets and M&A transactions. He holds a J.D. from the University of Texas and a B.S. in economics and history from Vanderbilt University.

A native of West Texas, Mr. Long is an oil and gas entrepreneur with more than 16 years of experience founding and operating businesses that invest and provide services across the upstream and midstream value chains. Most recently, he was president and founder of EnWater Solutions LLC and Pelagic Water Systems LLC, the precursors to WaterBridge's Permian platform, where he led the funding, construction and commercialization of our produced water-gathering and disposal system located in the Southern Delaware Basin in West Texas. Mr. Long holds a B.S. from Texas Christian University.

Mr. Williams has more than 16 years of accounting and finance leadership experience within the oil & gas industry. Since joining WaterBridge as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer in September 2019, Mr. Williams has streamlined the accounting, tax, reporting and control processes to accommodate WaterBridge's rapid expansion and growth. Prior to joining WaterBridge, Mr. Williams spent 9 years at BHP where he served in various North America and global leadership roles focused on asset acquisition and integration, financial and production systems, organizational transformation and operational finance and accounting. Mr. Williams began his career in public accounting at Grant Thornton and holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Houston. He is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Morrow's professional experience includes serving as president and CEO of Iberdrola Energy Holdings-which held Iberdrola Energy Services, a North American natural gas marketing business; and ENSTOR, one of the largest independent natural gas storage franchises on the continent.

Mr. Reitz has more than 11 years of upstream and midstream engineering, construction, and operations experience in West Texas. Most recently, he served as Vice President for EnWater Solutions LLC, where he managed the construction and operations of our legacy produced water gathering and disposal system in the Southern Delaware Basin. Before starting EnWater with Jason Long, he was an Operations Engineer for Diamondback Energy. Prior to that, he was a Production and Completions Engineer for BOPCO and a Field Engineer for Chesapeake Midstream Development, focused on gathering pipelines and compressor facilities. Mr. Reitz holds a B.S. in petroleum engineering from Louisiana State University.

Mr. Jones has more than 20 years of experience in midstream finance and corporate development. Mr. Jones was most recently the founder and CEO of Core Midstream LLC. Previously, he co-founded and served as EVP and CFO of PennTex Midstream Partners LLC, a gathering and processing-focused midstream company with platforms in the Delaware Basin of West Texas and the Cotton Valley play in Louisiana. While at PennTex, he led the initial public offering of PennTex Midstream Partners, L.P (NASDAQ: PTXP). Prior to PennTex, he was managing director of midstream investment banking at Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co. He has also held positions at Lehman Brothers and El Paso Corporation. Mr. Jones earned a B.S. in math and economics from Tulane University.
