Under the direction of long-time school administrator Steve Heintz, IAS ensures that Athletic Directors and school leadership partner with an experienced resource to create the proper governing vision for the school's athletic program. We acknowledge that school leaders have the most intimate understanding of the school's individual culture, so the process is designed to most effectively align with and reflect the existing school community. Based on years of creating mission, vision, strategy and realistic action plans, Integrated Athletic Solutions assists school athletic programs to develop the necessary strategies to become excellent in each area of operation.
