Mr. Antonio Perez is an engineering executive and manager with over 30-years of experience in both the public and private sectors.
Mr. Perez is a Registered Professional Civil Engineer in the state of California, and received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from U.C. Berkeley and Masters in Business Administration from Pepperdine University. A member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the American Water Works Association (AWWA), he has also served as Chairman for the Pipeline Technical Group of ASCE. Mr. Perez derives a great deal of satisfaction volunteering his time as a Supervising Engineer for Engineers without Borders.
Jake Brown has amassed over three decades of domestic and international experience in the energy sector, and has pioneered many cutting-edge energy solutions.
In 2016, Mr. Brown along with partner Antonio Perez co-founded JATON LLC, a renewable energy company developing solar energy-generating facilities throughout California, providing customers with 100% renewable energy through California's Enhanced Community Renewables Program. JATON LLC's mission is to assist California in becoming completely energy-independent, by developing over 100-MW of renewable solar energy generation within the next 5-years.
Prior to forming JATON LLC, Mr. Brown used his extensive domestic and international industry knowledge to form CUBED LLC, a company specializing in complete turnkey energy solutions. CUBED LLC's solutions are used worldwide and equip commercial, industrial and public sector organizations to leverage cost-effective, turn-key and scalable energy solutions proven to lead to greater profitability and environmental efficiency.
Mr. Brown also worked extensively for AstroPower, one of the first Photovoltaic (PV) companies in the world. He was also Managing Director for Atlantis Energy USA, a Building Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV) Company, where he pioneered futuristic, building-integrated, photovoltaic products and installations.
Mr. Brown's experience also includes acting as CEO for the development of the U.S. market for SolarWorld CA of Germany, now one of the largest PV companies in the world. He also acted as Vice-President of Business Development and Marketing for Day4 Energy (HQ in Vancouver Canada), where he successfully grew the company, taking it public to be traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
