Kavil Viswambharan Raveendravilasam is an Independent Director of our Company. He is a retired IAS officer. He holds a degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Agri-Business Management. He is a member of Bar Council of Kerala since December 2012. He has received a certificate of honour, in recognition of outstanding zeal and high quality of service during the Census of India, 2001, by the Census Commissioner of India.
Mr. C.Thomas John is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor's degree in science from the University of Allahabad and post-graduate diploma in management from the Indira Gandhi National Open University. He has around 44 years of experience working in the plantations industry.

Mr. Sebastian Kurian holds a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Arts in English from University of Kerala. He has more than 36 years of courtroom experience and providing legal advice to clients.
