Midtown assists individuals and families to become self-sufficient in housing and interdependent domains. Our holistic approach supports families through case management, needs assessment, financial coaching, direct referrals, and emergency financial assistance. We are proud of our work over the last 6 years supporting over 1800 families each year, but there are still hundreds of homeless families in need. You can help us change their lives and change our community... Yet many do, their challenges hidden in plain sight. For that reason, since 2014 Midtown Family Services has delivered life-changing assistance to residents of 5 pockets of poverty in West San Jose. These pockets are Buena Vista, Rose Glen, Burbank, Anderson Village/Starbird Park, Cadilac Winchester, the neighborhoods between them, and the neighborhoods just beyond them.
