Associate Arzu Bekem specializes in intellectual property; advising local and foreign clients on trademarks, designs, copyright, IP litigation and prosecution matters. She also pleads before commercial, civil and criminal IP-specialized courts, and regularly acts on Uniformed Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) before WIPO.
She supports the IP team on seizures and destruction of counterfeit products throughout Turkey on behalf of major multinational companies.
Admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in 2012, she graduated from the Law School of Marmara University and obtained a Master's degree from the University of Surrey in International Trade Law. Arzu is an overseas member of ITMA and INTA.
She also has experience in conducting corporate transactions and contracts. She represents and provides legal assistance to local and foreign clients from various industries on their daily operations. She also specializes on issues that include employment, consumer matters , enforcement and bankruptcy and commercial claims. Cansu graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2016 as an honor student and admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association and Union of Turkish Bars since 2017.
Cansu was successful in the mediation exam held by the Mediation Department of the Ministry of Justice in December 2022 and was entitled to become a mediator.
Associate Cansu Koyuncu specializes in the fields of dispute resolution, alternative dispute resolution and litigation as a member of the litigation team.

Associate Cem Uzel is a member of ODS litigation team and active in the fields of dispute resolution and employment law. He has experience in conducting due diligence exercises and providing legal assistance to companies on their daily operations. He also specializes on issues that include bankruptcy, insurance complexities, commercial claims, employment and real estate matters.
Cem graduated from the Law School of Istanbul Bilgi University in 2018 and was admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in 2019.
Associate Mustafa Karadas specialises in the fields of mergers & acquisitions and corporate law. His practice covers commercial transactions, foreign investments, competition law, corporate governance and general company law advice.

Associate Nil Duman is a member of the corporate team and active in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, insurance and foreign investments and has been particularly involved in due diligence projects, corporate restructurings and contractual reviews in relation to share and asset transactions. Nil is also experienced in assisting clients with respect to contractual, commercial, corporate and regulatory matters in the scope of their operations in Turkey as of early 2019, the start of her internship at Gide Loyrette Nouel. She regularly advises Turkish and international clients in sectors such as industry, banking and insurance.
Nil graduated from Koç University Law School in 2019 and was admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in 2020.
Nil Duman has recently advised AXA Group on the acquisition of Groupama's insurance operations in Türkiye, Türkiye Wealth Fund on the acquisition of Bereket Katilim insurance companies and the subsequent restructuring of the takaful insurance operations of TWF subsidiaries, a world leading F&B group on the purchase of assets belonging to a major Turkish dairy production company, Believe International on the acquisition of 60% share in Dogan Music Company, a digital music company operating in Turkey, a leading European petroleum terminal company in relation to compliance and regulatory matters and a major elevator company in relation to the acquisition of manufacturing assets and maintenance portfolio in Turkey.
Yusuf Topaloglu graduated from the Law School of Galatasaray University in 2017, was admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in 2018 and he continues studying for his Master's Degree at Galatasaray University. He acts as attorney in intellectual and industrial property disputes.
