Beth Telander

Professional Experience Beth's primary responsibilities are implementing and managing the cost control measures and process management for our projects. Our custom tracking logs and tools provide active, real-time data and reports throughout the projects. Her attention to detail and financial expertise has built ORB's accurate payment applications and budget summaries as well as provides a seamless payment process for clients and contractors. Beth is instrumental in coordinating the financial and insurance process with the client. As ORB's Director of Finance and Administration for the past 15 years, Beth is the glue that holds together both our team and organization. My goal is to leverage my management skills for the purpose of supporting the entity whose sole purpose is to care for those it serves - treating each project as if it were our own.

David L Johnson

Professional Experience As the Broker for ORB Real Estate, Dave Johnson leads the real estate division from Alexandria, MN. Sourcing, listing and leasing of commercial property will support and grow the client's strategic initiatives. Dave is highly knowledgeable and committed. He is an excellent communicator; both in terms of listening to what the client wants and describing properties available. He goes above and beyond to assist people transferring to the area. He also offers creative suggestions and is highly responsive. He is commited to helping the community grow. I would highly recommend him for any task he undertakes.

Kim Barse - EVP, Founder

Professional Experience Kim provides strategic direction and oversight to the organization's real estate and business development efforts. Internally, he analyzes and manages the corporate risk while working to advance ORB's development portfolio. Externally, Kim provides team leadership on all front-end project activities to facilitate decision-making and ensure accountability to the overall project goals. He teams with clients to understand their goals as well as their real estate options resulting in competitive solutions. Kim advises clients on real estate acquisitions, comprehensive strategic planning, site selection, lease negotiations, customized financial analyses, development and construction matters. At the core, Client Experience is about listening to the client and responding to their needs and wants - not your own. During my career I have enjoyed being the trusted advocate for both employees & clients.

Tom Wacholz - Founder, President

Tom's experience includes leadership on more than 5,000,000 square feet of professional office, retail, community service, governmental, educational, recreational, medical and industrial/manufacturing projects from the upper Midwest to the West Coast. Wade Cole

Professional Experience Wade oversees the strategic operations for ORB. He holds all team members accountable to the high expectations he sets for himself, his team and projects. Unwavering moral and ethical behavior are the foundation of which Wade has operated from for the past 30 years. Coupled with stellar conceptual estimating skills and the ability to analyze and compare major building systems and components, Wade's collaboration with the design team during the pre-construction phase ensures that the plans align with the client's budget expectations. Also, his extensive experience in managing projects that require careful planning, coordination and execution enable him to focus on maximizing building performance and client benefit. It's my goal that each client is completely satisfied with their facility and that the cost of the project is seen as a well placed investment. Our process is detailed and complicated. Managing the process while creating a win-win for all stakeholders is rewarding because it can be extremely challenging. If it was easy, everyone would do it.
