Brian L. Losey joined the Advisory Board of ORock Technologies in November, 2016 after retiring from 33 years of service in the U.S. Navy and Special Operations community. He commanded U.S. Naval Special Warfare Command, U.S. Special Operations Command, Africa, Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa, Naval Special Warfare Development Group, and SEAL Delivery Vehicle Team ONE. He served in key command and staff positions in Task Forces deployed to Afghanistan, Iraq, the Balkans and has significant experience in named and contingency operations around the world. He also served as a Director for Combatting Terrorism and Director for Maritime Security on the National Security Council Staff under the Bush and Obama Administrations. He serves on several corporate boards and is the chief operating officer for a cutting edge company in the AI/security sector. Losey brings an exceptional depth of experience in technology applications and integration, as well as policy implementation to ORock Technologies.

Dr. Brad M. Meslin, Ph.D, is a founder of CSP Associates and heads the firm's strategic and transaction advisory practices. He manages CSP's private equity co-investment affiliated, CSP Equity Partners. Dr. Meslin has served on the Boards of Directors of several client portfolio companies, including CMC Electronics, Inc., Sentient Jet, Berkshire Manufactured Products, Primus Aerospace and Spacehab, Inc. He was a co-founder of Spacehab, the first privately-financed commercial space habitat, which flew 22 missions about the U.S. Space Shuttle fleet. Dr. Meslin also served as acting CEO of eBizJets, Inc, the predecessor of Sentient Jet, which is the larger U.S. business aviation charter provider. He holds graduate degrees from The Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy (M.A.L.D., Ph.D.) and York University, Toronto (B.A. in Political Science), and serves as a member of the Board of Advisors of The Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy.

Gregory Hrncir is the Founder, CEO and President of ORock Technologies. For nearly 30 years, Mr. Hrncir has served in executive, board, strategy and counsel capacities for a broad range of emerging growth technology companies in the cybersecurity, software and clean tech sectors. Mr. Hrncir commenced his career in private law practice in Los Angeles focused on complex securities and corporate transactional matters including IPOs, M&A transactions, and private placements. Mr. Hrncir currently serves as a member of the board of directors of several privately held entities. He received a Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University and a Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School. Mr. Hrncir is a member of the Arizona and California State Bars and numerous philanthropic and industry associations.

Joshua Cornutt is the Chief Technology Officer of ORock Technologies. He was a key contributor in the deployment and achievement of ORock's FedRAMP-approved open-source cloud platforms. He has served as senior consultant for Red Hat and ID Technologies (acquired by CACI) and as a subject matter expert regarding network functions virtualization (NFV), DevSecOps and cloud computing environments at scale for Zefflin Systems and WWPASS Corporation.

Kim Gullickson is the Chief Revenue Officer of ORock Technologies. In this role, Mr. Gullickson leads all go-to-market activities and is responsible for developing growth strategies, securing partnerships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Previously, he was ORock's VP of Enterprise Cloud Sales. He is a seasoned sales and business development leader with extensive experience at HPE GreenLake, Isilon (Dell/EMC), Panasas, Eversync, Cleversafe (IBM) and EDS. Prior to leading top performing sales teams for both high-growth companies and large enterprises, Mr. Gullickson was on the customer side as an IT Director at EDS and started his career as a project manager implementing engineering and design of oil and gas completion systems at FMC Technologies. He holds an MBA from C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston.
Major General Tim Haake, US Army (Ret.), is a member of Dentons' Public Policy and Regulation practice. His areas of experience include defense, energy, finance, health care, tax and trade. Haake's high-level congressional and senior military experiences give him a unique competence and cachet in Washington, DC, and international circles. He retired from the US Army Reserve in 2006 after 36 years of service, all within the US Special Operations community. Haake formerly served as deputy commander of mobilization and reserve affairs, US Special Operations Command, Tampa, FL. Prior to that assignment, he served in a number of positions, including as director of legislative affairs, US Special Operations Command, Washington, DC, and as the legal advisor to Joint Special Operations Command at Fort Bragg, NC. Haake completed the Special Forces Qualification Course in 1978 and served as an enlisted member and officer, in both an active duty and reserve capacity, during his military career.
Over the past several decades, he has gained a wealth of international relations experience through his civilian engagements and military duties. Haake participates in the Harvard University Executive Program for General Officers of the Russian Federation and the United States. The program, sponsored by Harvard's John F. Kennedy School of Government, was designed to increase cooperation and understanding between the Russian and US militaries. He also participates in Harvard University's Black Sea Security Program, and has attended program seminars in Cambridge, MA; Yerevan, Armenia; Moscow, Russia; Chisinau, Moldova; and Bucharest, Romania. Through his involvement in these programs, Haake has developed close relationships with a number of business, military and political leaders throughout the Black Sea region.

Mr. Wojcik serves as Chief Financial Officer of Cloudure, with responsibilities over all finance, accounting and tax matters of Cloudure. Mr. Wojcik commenced his professional career in public accounting in Europe and moved to the U.S. with KPMG, where he served for nearly a decade. Subsequently, Mr. Wojcik joined the private sector and over the last decade has played key roles for multiple high-growth technology start-ups comprising cloud services, software as a service (SaaS), and an international telecom with $3.5B in assets. Mr. Wojcik graduated from AGH University of Krakow and is a certified chartered accountant in the UK and a CPA in the U.S.

Stephen Hall is a member of the board of directors and a Co-Founder of ORock Technologies. He has served as an advisor for a wide range of companies, with a focus in the real estate and technology sectors. Mr. Hall received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern California and is a fellow in taxation. He started his career in Tax Accounting in Los Angeles in 1998. His expertise includes real estate, technology and other complex business transactions. Mr. Hall serves as a member of the board of directors of several privately held entities. A member of the Pasadena Angels, Mr. Hall is also a member of many other industry associations and philanthropic organizations.
