With the step I took to motherhood, the need for a caregiver took the first place in my life's needs. I decided to open my own consultancy firm in 2014 with the impressions and experiences I gained from my experiences. On the path I set out on the basis of trust, my priority has always been to analyze the personnel-family harmony well and to provide permanent employment. As a result of my long-term research; I started working with Nepali staff who are loyal, disciplined, hardworking, loving, selfless and able to adapt to difficult working conditions. I made legal agreements with the Nepal State as Peri Human Resources. I gained new experiences every day and followed the innovations. I established the first and only Turkish Education academy in Nepal. I became the first Turk to be appointed to the Nepalese Foreign Affairs Office and held a meeting with the Nepalese Minister of Foreign Affairs about employment.
