Mr. Anil Ghorpade is the clerk who remains at Supreme Court and works with our law Firm for filing cases. Every petition is filed by him and all the defects in the petition are removed by him. He very well knows about functioning of registry of Supreme Court and is aware of latest circulars for filing and listing of cases. He works under the Head Clerk of our law firm.

Mr. Ashok Trivedi is a senior Lawyer of the Supreme Court and is the father of Mr. Raahul Trivedi. He is an expert in Criminal and Civil cases including service matter cases before High Court and Central Administrative Tribunal.
Mr. Ashok Trivedi is a thorough gentle, and decent Lawyer who has spent more than 45 years in legal practice.
Many of the retired High Court judges are his friends and also he has a good face value in courts.
Mr. Prabodh Kumar is a senior member of our Law firm. He is an Advocate-on-Record of Supreme Court and entire filing is done through him in Supreme Court. (It means his Vakalatnama is used for filing cases in Supreme Court.)
He is also a standing Counsel in Armed Force Tribunal (Principal Bench) New Delhi and has excellent command in all types of service matters. The most trust worthy AOR in the galleries of Supreme Court Mr. Prabodh Kumar is a full time AOR of our Firm and also has lots of cases. He has his good independant practice also & is a thorough gentleman.

Very sincere lawyer and has good knowledge in family dispute cases. She is also good in drafting Transfer Petitions in Supreme Court in husband wife dispute cases. Also she appears in family court for 125 Cr.P.C. maintenance case and Domestic Violence cases.
The filing work of our entire cases before Delhi High Court is done by a Separate Expert Clerk known as Prahlad. He has an old experience of filing all types of cases before Delhi High Court. He is our full time employee of our Law Firm who only remain present at Delhi High Court only for all types of Misc. filing work.
The litigation work for filing, collecting fees, purchasing stamp papers, keeping keen watch on every date of every cases is done by a very responsible person of our Law Firm Mr. Ramesh C. Desai who is the head clerk. Every other employee reports to him regarding case in Court. He fully knows about the functioning of Registry of Apex Court.
