Ms. Maria Cabera works for RP Law Group. She helps injured workers by filing their court documents accurately. Her job is to help injured workers set their depositions and court dates, as well as assist the attorneys with the court schedule and filing and serving documents on behalf of the injured workers to help them maximize their legal recovery.
She is helping injured workers get the medical treatment and benefits they need which keeps her motivated though she also enjoys the challenge of legal writing.
Ms. Nansi works as a caseworker and helps the attorneys manage the claims at RP Law Center.
Ms. Nansi Gonzalez works for RP Law Group for almost eight years. She is a caseworker and helps the attorneys manage the claims. Her job is to help injured workers get medical help by naming appointments with primary treating physicians, gathering their medical reports, keeping open communication, and guiding them (but to legal advice). She also works with the Department of Industrial Relations to secure Qualified Medical Examiners. She works with various defense attorneys to submit QME documented and primary treating physician reports.
