The firm set up by Rajesh Sewlani B.Com FCA in 1994 as Sewlani & Associates and changed the name to RCS & Associates in October 2005. The firm has grown significantly since then. Rajesh Sewlani, the in-charge of the firm has completed his training from Malpani & Associates. He has all round experience of more than two decade in the field of Statutory Audits, Internal Audits & Systems Study, Tax Audits, Concurrent Audits for Corporate and Non-Corporate, Income Tax assessment proceedings, Management Consultancy & Restructuring, Company Law matters, Reserve Bank matters and Project Financing.
