Most recently, he served as an AWS Enterprise Strategist where he worked with enterprise executives to share experiences, mental models, and strategies for how to leverage cloud to change the way they deliver software to drive business agility and organizational transformation. Prior to AWS, he served as CTO for Cox Automotive, Dealertrack Technologies, and Dealer.com. Bryan started his career as a service designer and developer at Cigna, establishing his expertise in software development, architecture, and delivery. Throughout his career, Bryan has experienced and worked through multiple mergers and acquisitions, including the convergence of over 40 acquisitions with 20 different brands that comprise Cox Automotive.
Outside of work, Bryan enjoys his life on the shores of Lake Champlain, Vermont, where he boats in the summer and skis in the winter with his family. Chris brings over two decades of experience driving growth and scaling market-leading technology companies. Most recently, Chris was SVP of Corporate Development and Product Partnerships at Databricks, overseeing 10 acquisitions, including MosaicML and Tabular, and played a key role in scaling the company's ecosystem by spearheading Databricks Ventures, product partnerships, and startup initiatives. Prior to Databricks, Chris was Head of Corporate Development at Atlassian, leading 10 acquisitions/ divestitures and scaling the company's integration capabilities, while also launching Atlassian Ventures. Previously, Chris oversaw M&A initiatives at Salesforce where he led 21 acquisitions worth over $10 billion in aggregate deal value, including MuleSoft and Demandware.

Within Healthcare IT, Jeff partners with talented leaders of proven, high growth software and data companies that can either materially improve clinical outcomes or reduce administrative inefficiency within all segments of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem. Jeff's healthcare services investments are centered around innovative care delivery models oriented towards value-based care that can be scaled both organically and through M&A.
Jeff's career in growth equity started over 25 years ago when he left Bain & Company to join Bain Capital. After several years working in Bain Capital's Private Equity group, Jeff joined Bain Capital Ventures where he ultimately served as a Managing Director. While at Bain Capital Ventures, Jeff's investments were predominantly growth equity investments in both Healthcare IT & Services as well as SaaS & Information Services.
Jeff and his wife have two children and live in Belmont, MA. Jeff loves playing most sports, particularly golf, tennis, and skiing. Jeff is also an avid, though quite slow, cyclist. Mike Lester is a 4-time successful founder and CEO of healthcare services businesses. In his most recent role, Mike served as the Chairman and CEO at LifeStance Health, a healthcare services platform focused on behavioral health which he founded in 2015.
Prior to founding LifeStance Health, Mike was the founder and CEO of Accelecare Wound Centers, Radiant Research, and ContinueCare Health Systems. As the Chief Executive Officer of these companies, he successfully capitalized, assembled top-tier management teams and implemented strategic and tactical business plans creating long-term value for employees, customers and shareholders.

oversaw the successful transition of the business into a scaled, global enterprise with over 250 employees and 400 customers in 34 countries, and was responsible for the successful acquisitions and integrations of four companies into the Absorb Software family. Absorb Software was acquired in 2021 by WCAS and Mike continues to serve as a Board Member.
Prior to founding Absorb Software, Mike served as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Canadian Armed Forces for 24 years.

Mike is a highly regarded executive with over 20 years of marketing leadership experience in the technology sector. He is active in the Boston SaaS and startup communities as a member of the board of directors of Validity (a Silversmith portfolio company), and as an angel investor in more than 40 startups. Mike has served as a strategic individual investor in multiple investments across Silversmith's first, second, and third funds.
Mike most recently served as VP, Go to Market, B2B Payments at Capital One. He transitioned to this role after serving as CEO at Lola.com, a corporate travel SaaS platform, that was acquired by Capital One. Previously he was CMO at Cybereason, a cybersecurity SaaS company, where he helped the company increase its sales pipeline by 650% in a single year and grow revenue by 5x during his tenure. Mike was also part of the founding team at HubSpot, where he spent eight years growing the company from five people to over 1,000 employees, $175 million in revenue, and a successful IPO.

Rick Gibbs is an accomplished entrepreneur, advisor and board member who previously was co-founder and CEO of Dealer.com, Co-President of Dealertrack Technologies and EVP & Chief Product Officer at Cox Automotive. Rick previously served as Dealertrack's Executive Vice President and Group President for Digital Marketing Solutions. He co-founded Dealer.com in 1998, which was acquired by Dealertrack Technologies in March 2014.
