He ensures the client is assigned a dedicated loan officer within the Security Service Mortgage team to recommend money-saving products on new construction financing.
Isaac also assists real estate agents in structuring offers to take advantage of Security Service mortgage products to help their clients save money and become homeowners.

A Business Development Representative for Security Service Title Company, Jeff Arias has more than 13 years of experience in the title industry. He has served as a board and committee member for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals.
A Texas native, Jeff was born in San Antonio and raised in Lubbock, Texas. He spent a number of years living in Germany and traveling throughout Europe. He is dedicated to serving his clients with exceptional customer service.
In his spare time, Jeff enjoys working out and spending time outdoors. Some of his favorite places include the beach, lake, river and the pool.

Jolene Sutton serves as the escrow manager of the resale division for Security Service Title Company (SSTC). Since 1984, Jolene has worked in the title services industry and has held a variety of positions that have given her the knowledge and experience needed to provide her clients with exceptional service and expertise. She works diligently to ensure her clients have the best possible outcome for every transaction. Jolene's clients appreciate her flexibility, patience and ability to listen to their individual needs.
Jolene strives to get to know her customers and work family. Her clients and staff know they can count on her to promptly address any questions or concerns.

Lise de Leon serves as the assistant vice president for Security Service Title Company (SSTC). With more than two decades of experience in the title and mortgage industries, Lise is knowledgeable in closings, operations and originations. She has a broad-based knowledge of individual transactions and title services. She believes preparation is key to providing a successful closing process, while ensuring each transaction has a personal touch. Additionally, Lise strives to provide a professional closing experience for real estate professionals and their clients.
During the course of her career, Lise has served as a member of industry associations and committees. She also volunteers her time to community events and functions. She has a desire to help better the community and industry through education and guidance.
Lise is a graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio with a B.A. in Business Administration. Outside of work, Lise enjoys traveling and having great meals with family and friends.

Matt Proffitt is the senior vice president of title services for Security Service Title Company (SSTC), a subsidiary of Security Service Federal Credit Union. In 2016, Matt joined the Security Service team to assist with establishing SSTC as a regional company designed to support the credit union's members, and to provide service to residential and commercial real estate professionals in Texas and Colorado.
For more than two decades, Matt has served as an industry veteran having held numerous leadership positions for some of the nation's largest title companies. He is dedicated to supporting the industry through various organizations and currently sits on the Board of Trustees for the Texas Land Title Association (TLTA) PAC, and also serves on the Legislative and Regulatory committees.
Matt is a graduate of the Real Estate Council of San Antonio's Leadership Development Program, and is a member of RECSA, CCIM and the Urban Land Institute. Additionally, he currently serves as a planning commissioner for the City of San Antonio, and is involved with the local community as a Board of Trustees for The Children's Shelter. Matt is also a graduate of the City of San Antonio's Neighborhood Leadership Academy.
For more than 19 years, Matt Schlessiger has been providing clients with professional title services. He has held numerous positions at several large title companies and is currently a Senior Escrow Officer for Security Service Title Company.
Rosalinda Saldana serves as a bilingual senior escrow officer for Security Service Title Company (SSTC). She has more than 23 years of title and mortgage experience and has worked with several major builders. Starting her career as a loan officer, Rosalinda later expanded her opportunities by branching out into processing and underwriting before transitioning into working in title services.
Rosalinda has two beautiful grown daughters and enjoys spending time with them on the weekends.

Shauna Villarreal serves as the escrow manager of the lender division for the Security Service Title Company (SSTC). Shauna has more than 28 years of industry experience and has worked for several title companies in Oklahoma City, OK, and San Antonio, TX. She has considerable knowledge in handling closings for homebuilders, resale transactions, refinances, home equity loans and more. Shauna's goal is to provide her clients with a personable experience while meeting their needs and expectations with quality service.
Shauna's favorite pastimes are spending time with her grown children and enjoying outdoor activities such as camping, hunting and boating on the lake.
Valerie Ricketts was born and raised in San Antonio. She began her career in real estate in 2003 as a realtor, then changed careers to title in 2012. Starting as an Escrow Assistant, Valerie quickly worked her way up to Escrow Officer.
In her current role as a Senior Escrow Officer for Security Service Title Company, Valerie builds strong relationships with realtors to earn their business. Her personal goal is to make each transaction a pleasant experience, especially for first-time homebuyers. She works with builders and realtors to make the homebuying process as simple as possible.
Valerie strives to make each closing a celebration for both the seller and the buyer. Her favorite part of her job is meeting and interacting with clients.
When Valerie is not working, she can be found spending time with her parents, her three grown children and five grandchildren.
