TRIBAL EVALUATION INSTITUTE

TEI provides technical assistance on evaluation, performance measurement, continuous quality improvement and dissemination to Tribal Home Visiting Program grantees. TEI is funded by the Office of Planning, Research and Evaluation and was awarded to James Bell Associates, Inc. in partnership with University of Colorado Centers for American Indian and Alaska Native Health and Michigan Public Health Institute... Our responsive TA approach balances respect for tribal processes and decision making, community needs, federal requirements, and best practices from the field of evaluation. We work directly with grantees through site visits, on-going communication, and virtual learning sessions to create common understanding designed to improve data collection and use in home visiting.
