Brendon Arbilon

Brendon's story is a testament to the power of perseverance and determination. Growing up in the Philippines, he was surrounded by firearms and the world of competitive shooting due to his father's interest in IPSC. However, he knew that he wanted more out of life and was determined to make a better future for himself. After moving from the Philippines to the United States to make a better future for himself, he joined the U.S. Marine Corps, where he thrived as a Combat Engineer. During his service, Brendon was tasked with some of the most challenging assignments, from IED detection to training foreign militaries in counter-IED tactics. His expertise in weapons and infantry tactics, helped him rise through the ranks to become a decorated Non-Commissioned Officer. Post-service, Brendon became a certified TRB, USCCA, and NRA instructor, passionately imparting his knowledge while furthering his own skills through continuous education and competitive shooting. His journey underscores the transformative power of commitment and perseverance.

Ernie Medina

Ernie Medina is renowned for his vast firearms knowledge, proven training methods, and capability to mentor other instructors for superior weapon proficiency training. His reputation is founded on extensive field experience, customized training methodologies, and unwavering professionalism. Ernie, a United States Naval Academy graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering specializing in Thermodynamics, boasts a distinguished career. Serving as a decorated U.S. Marine Captain and infantry officer for eight years, Ernie commanded and supported over 1,200 Marines in various leadership roles. With almost three decades of experience, he's a certified NRA pistol instructor and an authority in combatives and weapons training. Ernie is a life long martial artist holding black belts in both Marine Corp martial arts (1st degree black belt) and karate (6th degree master level instructor ranking in Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan).

Jennipher Piercey

Jennipher has worked in the business world for most of her career and brings with her a variety of administrative and customer service experience. She shot her first gun when she was 18 and has been shooting ever since. When she's not working or shooting, you can find Jennipher at country concerts, sporting events (NFL, MLB, NHL), golfing, spending time with her rescue fur baby, hiking (recently summited Mount Baldy via the Devil's Backbone!) or having the occasional cigar. As TRB's CCW administrative lead, Jennipher has become thoroughly familiar with the CCW application process for the OC, LA, Riverside, and San Diego.

Stephen Phan

With more than a decade of experience in private security and the firearm industry, Stephen's hunger for knowledge persists as he remains dedicated to teaching. He believes education is paramount, relishing the opportunity to empower individuals through self-defense education rooted in awareness, strategic planning, and training. Outside the realm of shooting and training, Stephen immerses himself in a Respiratory Care Therapist Program as a full-time student. On weekends, he volunteers at local churches, actively engaging in community Bible studies. Stephen's unceasing quest for self-improvement positions him as a multifaceted individual - a student, teacher, trainer, instructor, and advocate for others.
