TRUE PILATES CHINA

Opening in 2011, True Pilates China was the first studio to bring the Classical Pilates method into China. Our mission is to assist those of all fitness levels in achieving and maintaining well-being of the mind and body through intelligent movement. Our teachers have up to 15 years of teaching experience, and we offer private, semi-private and group classes. All classes are taught in a variety of languages including English, Chinese, Russian, German, Korean and Japanese... True Pilates China is a host of the Power Pilates teacher training certification, currently the only studio in China to offer the program. We are a Classical Pilates method studio that seeks to maintain the integrity of Joseph Pilates original work... Being the first authentic Pilates/Romana's Pilates studio in China, we are bringing in the original method of its creator, Joseph Pilates.
