ABBAS ELEGBA

Joined American Industrial Partners in 2020 and focuses on deal sourcing, capital markets activities and direct lending sourcing. He previously spent seven years at Deutsche Bank where he was a Director in the Financial Sponsors group. Prior to that, Mr. Elegba served eight years in the United States Army, completing his military career as a Captain in the Army Corps of Engineers. Mr. Elegba graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management and received his MBA from the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business in 2013.

Chuck Prow - CEO, President

Chuck Prow is President and Chief Executive Officer at V2X, as well as a member of the V2X Board of Directors. He was appointed to both positions at Vectrus in December 2016. Chuck has more than 30 years of information technology and federal services experience, including leadership positions at IBM Corporation, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Coopers & Lybrand. During his career, Chuck has run global government services organizations, delivering solutions to a wide array of Department of Defense and other government customers. He served in multiple roles at IBM, including general manager of global government industry for IBM's technology and services competencies, where he had responsibility for global revenues exceeding $9 billion. While at IBM, Chuck was successful in creating market differentiation through the integration of IBM's technology and service competencies. He established strategies that focused on delivering complex solutions to critical government missions for national security, federal civilian agencies, and state and local entities. These efforts resulted in market share expansion, revenue growth, and margin improvement. Chuck has a bachelor's degree in management and data processing from Northwest Missouri State University. He serves on the boards of directors of the International Research & Exchanges Board and the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts.

Corinne Minton-Package - SVP

Corinne Minton-Package is the Senior Vice President, Operational Technology & Engineering at V2X. In this role, she is responsible for the operational technology portfolio, including engineering, products, and technology insertion into existing programs. Her responsibilities include programs that cross the full technology lifecycle and support extending and sustaining technology investments, as well as research and design for new capabilities to counter adversaries. In addition, she is responsible for building an ecosystem of potential partners and building new solutions and architectural frameworks to solve customer problems. Before joining Vectrus in 2017, Corinne worked for IBM, where she most recently served as the lead account partner for its healthcare payer practice. Over the course of her 18-year career with IBM, she held leadership positions across strategy, business development, sales, and marketing for the Federal and Defense business. Corinne earned her master's degree in public policy from the University of Michigan and her bachelor's degree in political science with honors from Kalamazoo College.

Dino Cusumano

Dino Cusumano serves as a director. He joined American Industrial Partners in 2000. He served in the Investment Banking Department of J.P. Morgan & Co. Inc. from 1998 through 2000, where he worked on merger and acquisition and capital raising transactions primarily in the industrial sector. He served in the Investment Banking Department at Wedbush Morgan Securities. Dino graduated from the University of Notre Dame, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with honors. He is a CFA charter holder.

ERIC M. PILLMORE

Eric Pillmore serves as a director. From 2010 to 2014, he served as senior advisor to the Center for Corporate Governance of Deloitte LLP, which provides board governance services to global clients. Eric was senior vice president of corporate governance at Tyco International Corporation from 2002 to 2007. He also held chief financial officer positions at Multilink Technology Corporation, McData Corporation, and General Instrument Corporation from 1996 to 2002. Before that, Eric spent 17 years with General Electric Company and four years as a naval officer. Eric received an executive master's degree in business administration from Villanova University and a bachelor's degree from the University of New Mexico.

Jo Ann Bjornson - CHRO, SVP

Jo Ann Bjornson is the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at V2X. She is responsible for the company's global human resources strategy and operations including talent management, recruitment, leadership development, and compensation and benefits. Jo Ann brings more than 20 years of experience to V2X and has established herself as a leading professional in the field of recruiting, compensation, and HR business partnering. Most recently, she worked at Leidos as a Senior Vice President and Human Resources Executive. Her expertise spanned broad market areas including defense, intelligence, federal civilian, health, and commercial sectors. Prior to that, Jo Ann worked at SAIC for 12 years, starting off as a technical recruiter and eventually became an Assistant Vice President and Human Resources Director. Jo Ann holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia, a Master's degree in HR Management from Marymount University, and an Executive MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. She recently served as Chair of the Human Resources Council of WashingtonExec and as a valued member of the Workforce and Education Executive Committee with the Virginia Chamber of Commerce. Her dedication to both personal and professional advancement is further evident through her past presidency and board membership of the Northern Virginia chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management.

Joel Rotroff

Joel worked in the healthcare group in the Investment Banking Division of Piper Jaffray & Co. Prior to Piper Jaffray, he worked as a member of the Business Planning team at Boston Scientific. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin with honors and distinction, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering. Kenneth Shreves

Kenneth Shreves is Senior Vice President, Global Mission Solutions at V2X. In 2017, he joined Vectrus from SOSi, where he was vice president of business development. Prior to SOSi, Kenneth was at DynCorp International, where he held multiple leadership positions, including vice president of national security solutions, vice president of international business development, general manager for DynEgypt LLC, and vice president of business development for DynLogistics. Prior to his commercial career, Kenneth served in the U.S. Army as a logistics officer, retiring after 28 years of distinguished service. He commanded at every level through brigade command and culminated his service as the Army chair at the National War College in Washington, D.C. Kenneth holds masters' degrees in administration from Central Michigan University and national security studies from the National War College. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, from the University of Florida.

Kevin Boyle - Chief Legal Officer, SVP

Kevin Boyle serves as Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel and Secretary for V2X. In this role, he is responsible for all legal matters, contracts, ethics, corporate compliance, security, and government relations for the company. Kevin has a career spanning more than 25 years in executive legal and business roles working with and advising the C-suites and boards of directors of public and private companies, ranging in size from early stage to over $4 billion in revenue. He has deep experience in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (buy and sell side), capital-raising strategies, strategic planning, risk management, performance improvement, and corporate governance. Kevin also has extensive knowledge of government contracts, securities law, and intellectual property law. Prior to joining Vectrus in 2018, he served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary for Vencore, Inc., a $1.2 billion provider of information solutions, cybersecurity, engineering, and analytics for the U.S. government and intelligence community. Kevin led Vencore, Inc, through a strategic transaction process, resulting in the merger of Vencore with two other companies to create $4.5B, publicly traded Perspecta, Inc., now part of Peraton, Inc. Before working at Vencore, Inc., he was Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at Alion Science & Technology, a global engineering and technology solutions company providing services to federal and international customers. Earlier in his career, he held senior executive positions with public and private technology services and product companies, including, MCR, LLC, Vangent, Inc., General Dynamics, Anteon International Corporation and InterWorld Corporation. Kevin received his Juris Doctor degree from Tulane Law School and his bachelor's degree from Yale University. He serves on the Board of the Wolf Trap Foundation.

Lee Evangelakos

Lee Evangelakos serves as a director. She joined American Industrial Partners in 2018, and previously worked at Microsoft and Applied Predictive Technologies as a software developer and consultant respectively. Mary Howell serves as the Chairman. Mary served as executive vice president of Textron Inc. from 1995 until her retirement in 2009. MEL F. PARKER

Mel Parker serves as a director. From May 2016 to February 2017, he served as the managing director for North America for Aggreko plc, the leading global provider of modular, mobile power, and adjacent product solutions. From November 2015 to February 2016, Mel served as senior vice president and general manager for residential and commercial energy solutions at Enphase Energy, Inc., a global energy technology company. From 2012 to December 2014, he served as president of North America for the Brink's Company, a major provider of armored transportation services. Before joining Brink's, Mel served as vice president and general manager of the North America consumer and small business division at Dell, Inc., from 2010 to 2012 and as executive director and general manager of U.S. small business - small and medium business - Americas at Dell, Inc., from 2009 to 2010. From 1994 until 2009, he held numerous senior leadership roles at multiple Fortune 500 companies, including PepsiCo., Corporate Express (Staples), and Newell Rubbermaid. Mel is a decorated combat veteran and graduate of the U.S. Army Ranger and Airborne School. He served with distinction in the 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Michael Smith

Michael Smith is Vice President, Treasury and Corporate Development and Investor Relations at V2X. Prior to joining Vectrus, he was co-founder and managing director of The Silverline Group, a strategic consulting and advisory services firm that focuses on the aerospace and defense, intelligence, government services, homeland security, and federal civilian markets. While at Silverline, Michael was responsible for providing advice and counsel on mergers and acquisitions and for generating market studies, assessments, company positioning, valuation studies, and competitive intelligence for clients. Additionally, he helped clients formulate and execute investment decisions, including stock purchases, acquisitions, and divestitures. Prior to co-founding The Silverline Group in 2012, Michael was a senior equity research associate at Lazard Capital Markets, covering the aerospace and defense, federal government information technology services, and defense technology sectors. He also spent five years with BB&T Capital Markets covering defense and government services and seven years with Raymond James & Associates in various capacities, including senior equity research liaison. Michael is a CFA® charterholder and earned a bachelor's degree with a major in finance and a minor in economics from the University of South Florida.

Neil Snyder

Phillip Widman serves as a director. From 1999 to 2007, Stephen was Executive Vice President and CFO of CACI International, Inc., one of the largest government information technology contractors. Before joining CACI, he served as CFO for a number of high-technology companies, including Government Technology Services, Inc.; Vincam Human Resources, Inc.; and Applied Bioscience International. Stephen's early career included 19 years at GE. Stephen currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Social & Scientific Systems, Inc., and is a member of the Audit Committee. William Noon - CFO, VP

William Noon serves as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at V2X. He joined Vectrus in 2016 as the chief accounting officer. William has more than 25 years of financial and accounting experience that includes his previous role as chief financial officer (CFO) of Mattersight Corporation, a publicly traded enterprise analytics company. He has significant experience with Vectrus and has provided financial reporting support since 2014. From April 2016 to August 2016, before joining Vectrus, William provided financial reporting consulting services to the company as a sole practitioner. From 2013 to 2016, he was a partner at Tatum, a Randstad company specializing in consulting and talent services in accounting, finance, and information technology. While at Tatum, William assisted various global multibillion-dollar-revenue companies with their SEC financial reporting activities. In addition, he provided financial reporting consulting services to Tatum from 2014 to 2015 in connection with its spinoff from Exelis, Inc., in 2014 and subsequent financial statements. From 2009 to 2013, William held various leadership positions at Mattersight, including vice president of finance from 2012 to 2013 and vice president and CFO from 2009 to 2012. He received his bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Central Oklahoma and is a certified public accountant.
