Founder and owner of MMP Consultancy in 2013, Alastair takes full responsibility for all strategic and operational decisions made within the business. Plying his trade at a London-based agency for 8 years, family responsibilities bought him closer to home and made the decision for him to set up MMP. Having worked within Public Sector recruitment since 2005, Alastair quickly became one of the most successful Recruitment Consultants within the South East. This was recognised at the Global Recruitment awards and was highly commended for "Best Temporary Consultant" in both 2012 and 2013.
Alastair is passionate about creating a workplace where people want to come to work, giving them the ability to express themselves in their own way and creating a diverse team with varied ideas and enthusiasm. He also maintains his key ambition is to build a legacy within a Senior Management Team who have all worked their way up from trainee/consultant level and will become the driving force behind the next growth phase.
When Alastair isn't working, he's spending time with his wife, 3 children and extended family. He also loves spending the weekend watching his son play football, cooking meals and having an over-obsession with his lawn

Aliesha has worked with MMP Consultancy since September 2020 as a Consultant and quickly progressed to Senior Consultant in June 2021. Her quick progression is a testament to her hard work and ongoing support from the management team within MMP. Aliesha's drive and passion saw her achieve Top Permanent Biller for 2021 and Employee of the Year 2021. Previously Aliesha worked with a social housing contractor as an operations Manager. Her background and experience have given the entire Trades and Labour team a wealth of experience with client expectations, understanding, and market knowledge. Her core focus on new business development allows her to build new long-term relationships whilst maintaining the highest level of customer care for her existing clients.
When Aliesha is not doing what she does best (recruiting), she enjoys travelling, experiencing different cultures and architecture, fine wine, dining with her friends, and enjoying country walk with her family. She also enjoys long weekend breaks spent on Brighton seafront or visiting her sister and Nephew in Berlin.

Amy held a long career at a Local Authority brokerage service before joining MMP. After completing her apprenticeship and working her way up through the ranks, she gained extensive knowledge of the recruitment and compliance processes within the private and public sectors. Working with blue chip companies across all industries gave Amy an excellent understanding of what's expected from clients' and candidates' perspectives.
Amy joined MMP Consultancy in June 2021 to strengthen our capacity in within the NHS/Education division, covering bands 2-6 for hard services.
When Amy isn't working, she spends time with her son and family. She loves taking her son out for the day to farms and theme parks and going on holiday with him.

Billie joined as a Resourcer in Feb 2022, supporting the Operational Support team. This allowed her to broaden her knowledge of the sector. In Sept 2022, Billie was promoted to Recruitment Consultant and, with the motivation to succeed, continue to build on her client and candidate based in East London and Essex.
In her personal time Billie enjoys drinking cocktails with her friends and spending time with family and her Frenchie, Frank.

Daniel started at MMP in Feb 2022. MMP's senior management team saw Daniel's drive and passion for success early on and committed to helping him within his role and developing his knowledge of the recruitment industry and the sector he supports.
His drive to succeed in everything he does has enabled him to create a strong client/candidate base within South West England.
In his spare time, he enjoys seeing friends, attending different music events, and spending spare time in the gym helping improve his physical and mental health.

Divisional Manager of the Maintenance Trades Division. Emily, is an expert within her field. Emily joined MMP in 2016 and has worked within the Trades & Construction industry for over seven years. She has gained a comprehensive understanding of the Trades market, client's needs, and the added value her clients require. She has built strong, longstanding relationships with various reputable organisations and has been instrumental in MMP and its recent growth. Having progressed substantially within MMP, Emily's passion and drive for recruitment have been fundamental to her success. Emily has an authentic and hands-on approach to recruitment and management, enabling her to lead and motivate her team to achieve the best outcome.
She is an avid runner in Emily's spare time, completing the London Marathon in 2019. Emily enjoys spending time with her loved ones, fine dining, and wine. She likes to travel and relax, whether by enjoying a long walk or a spa weekend

Eva joined MMP as a Resourcer in Sept 2022, working within the operational support team.
Eva's interest stemmed in becoming a recruiter from working previously with people and interacting with individuals on a daily basis when she was a waitress. Eva is looking forward to developing her skills and knowledge in the sector with the hope of becoming a consultant in the future.
Out of work, Eva enjoys socialising with friends and family and enjoying a glass of wine, or 5. Eva also enjoys being outdoors whilst walking her dog.

George joined MMP Consultancy in 2021 as an apprentice Recruitment Resourcer. Having successfully completed his apprenticeship is now a full 360 Recruitment Consultant within the Maintenance and Trades sector within Social Housing. George's time as a Resourcer gave him exposure to the recruitment industry, this also gave him a complete understanding of the industry and sector in which he is now successfully recruiting within. MMP Consultancy provided in-house training and mentoring along with full exposure to an experienced and successful team which has fast-tracked his promotion to a Recruitment Consultant. George is a determined and motivated individual whose sole focus is expanding the company's geographical presence throughout the Midlands and the North, building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
George is an avid Spurs fan and enjoys gaming, spending time with his family and friends and going to the gym.

Georgia joined MMP Consultancy in Nov 2021 temporarily. She soon signed a permanent contract as a Compliance Officer, after discovering a passion for Compliance and becoming settled within the MMP team. She has experience working within multiple sectors, including Insurance, Retail, Hospitality and Agriculture, bringing a multitude of skills with her to the team.
Before joining MMP, Georgia spent 3 years travelling around Southeast Asia and Australia, meeting an array of people along the way and enjoying each country's different cultures. She spent time exploring new places, visiting waterfalls, trying new foods and working on sweet potato farms in Australia.
Jess joined MMP Consultancy in 2018 after 3 years of working for one of the UK's leading Healthcare agencies. After starting as a Compliance Officer, Jess has now progressed to managing the compliance team, overseeing 3 members of staff who each specialise in their remit. Jess prides herself on her meticulous attention to detail which has led to MMP receiving high scores across the board for every internal and external audit she has been a part of.
Holidaying is Jess' biggest passion! She will always find a way to squeeze a getaway in somewhere. That being said, the MMP fridge now has a collection of over 60 magnets documenting everyone in the offices' travels due to Jess starting the trend in 2019. She also enjoys a good festival, whether food or music, attending multiple throughout the year. When she isn't busy attending events or away on holiday, Jess will be at home improvising new lunch or dinner recipes being the big foodie that she is!

Joe is considered part of MMP's furniture after joining 16 months after the company was formed. Joe has been instrumental in helping it grow into a unique business supporting the Public Sector. During this time, his foundations and fundamentals of the recruitment process have always been a true understanding of expectation, in-depth knowledge of the realities of the Public Sector and an honest approach to both positive and negative outcomes for candidates and clients alike.

Jonny started working in recruitment in 2012 at age 16 after finishing his GCSEs in administration. The buzz of the recruitment environment encouraged Jonny to push for more, eventually moving to a Resourcer and then a 360 Recruitment Consultant position, sourcing healthcare candidates for his NHS clients.
Jonny joined MMP Consultancy in 2019 as part of the NHS/Education team. In 2021, he took responsibility as Managing Consultant of the Estates & Facilities department, where he and his team source candidates at all seniorities for MMP's education and healthcare clients across England. Now with over 10 years of working in a recruitment environment, his passion for professionalism and drive for success is pushing Jonny to grow the Estates & Facilities team to deliver more high-quality recruitment campaigns for MMP's public sector clients.
During his free time, Jonny enjoys making music with his friends, making delicious pasta dishes and travelling abroad (primarily just to Italy for the pizza!).
Kerri left school after completing her GCSE's, she then went on to work various job roles. After a busy start to her career, Kerri decided to leave her 3 jobs behind and start her journey within MMP Consultancy. Kerri is currently studying an apprenticeship program with the company whilst being a compliance team member.
In her spare time, Kerri loves to bake all types of goodies, spend time with friends and family and go on long walks with her dog.
After a career in childcare for 10 years following a role as a PA in London and at a Private School, Lacey wanted a change of career in 2020 after having 2 children. She started working at MMP as a Compliance Officer on a part-time basis to give her the ability to support her family.

Prior to recruitment, Luke studied Golf Management at University and travelled the world, working in Ibiza and Australia in direct sales. When he returned home, he worked in office equipment sales for five years in London and the home counties.
Luke then entered the recruitment world, gaining valuable recruitment experience, having come from FTSE 250 recruitment business where he specialised in sourcing qualified accountants for premium clients.
Luke joined MMP Consultancy in 2021 and has broken ground by developing the soft services desk, particularly in the catering sector, where his hunger for food matches his hunger for placing candidates. Luke continues to source high-quality band 2-5 candidates, working with brand new clients and building relationships in geographical areas previously unexplored by MMP. Luke prides himself in his personal approach to recruitment and endeavours to continue to grow his desk with individual targets far exceeding his budget.
At the weekend, he enjoys going into nature for long walks and then coming back and cooking a well-earned three-course banquet!

Olivia started her recruitment career in early 2018. Having experienced a year in a law firm it highlighted the desire to be in a people-orientated position. Starting at a large corporate organisation, Liv worked towards key achievements and quick promotions, with her drive and personality dictating the progression of her professional life.
