The constant research for the rediscovery of the "ancient" flavours of the territory pushed Cristiano to propose to his customers the real "bagna caoda" (garlic, anchovy and oil sauce), the " Antipasto della Nonna" (vegetables appetizer) , the "Bagnet" green sauce and many other sauces prepared with the same old and simple recipe and with fresh and seasonal ingredients.
