That is our motto at Blue Ridge Exotics. Every picture has been taken by us of plants grown in our greenhouse on site at our nursery. The product photos are of plants that are for sale and comparable to the one you will receive, instead of stock images or mother plants. We believe in only selling plants that are established with healthy root systems and spectacular foliage. Generally when you order from us, many of the plants will be ready to move into the next sized pot when you receive it. We also include detailed care instructions for any carnivorous plant purchase made... We are a family owned nursery specializing in carnivorouse plants, bromeliads, and choice orchids.
