A. Lawrence Graham

Larry has prepared several thousand wills and trusts over his career. Today, he serves as counsel to the Wills and Estates team at BOYNECLARKE LLP, but still enjoys the opportunity to draft or assist with the drafting of a will that may involve complex issues. Larry's experience led to his appointment as the Canadian Bar Association representative on the N.S. Law Reform Commission Advisory Committee, reviewing reform of the Probate Act. The committee report led to the passage of the current Probate Act of Nova Scotia. Larry was a member of the part-time faculty member at Dalhousie University Law School for eight years lecturing on civil trial practice and was co-editor, with David Miller, Q.C., in the publication "Trial Practice Case Materials". He has presented papers at conferences and seminars, including conferences for the CLE Society of Nova Scotia.

Allen A. Campbell

Allen is a Partner and a member of the Real Estate and Property Team. Buying a home is one of the biggest and hardest decisions someone will have to make. Allen's goal is to make sure the entire process runs smoothly. George M. Clarke

George Clarke is a Partner and member of both the Real Estate Team and Estates Team. As a member and Chair of the Estates Team, he assists clients with the preparation of their estate plans through wills, enduring powers of attorney, personal directives ("living wills"), and trust planning. He also assists executors and heirs in administering estates in both the probate and estate administration processes. As part of his Real Estate practice, George works with clients, real estate agents, bankers and mortgage brokers in the purchase, sale and refinance of residential property. George is an accomplished musician. He started playing the drums in grade 6 and has two degrees in music from St. F.X. and McGill. He free-lanced in Montreal and Ottawa in the late 1980's and early 1990's and also taught music in private schools in Montreal. George continues to pursue his interest in music as drummer with the popular local band, "The Classics".

John S. Fitzpatrick

John is a Partner practicing in the areas of Loan and Mortgage Enforcement and Real Estate. He is a past member of the firm's Executive Committee and is the Creditor Practice Team Lead. John was appointed King's Counsel (formally Queen's Counsel) in 2008 and has been included in The Best Lawyers in Canada since 2012. Tracy S. Smith

Tracy routinely provides advice and represents clients on complex construction disputes, including Builder's lien claims, and disputes related to delays, deficiencies, bidding and tendering, contract interpretation, negligent workmanship, etc. In addition to construction law, Tracy regularly provides advice and guidance on Estate litigation matters, property disputes, leasing disputes, Quieting of Titles Applications, and general business litigation matters.
