CATALYST COUNSELLING SERVICES

Catalyst Counselling Services is located in the Westhills Corporate Centre, southwest Calgary. With a focus on children, youth and families, we offer client-centred conversations, strategies and interventions to facilitate feelings of wellness and emotional balance. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Mindfulness, as well as Family Systems therapy are well-established approaches and evidence-based options provided for our clients. Through dialogue and collaboration, we can create therapeutic goals and develop sessions to meet client preferences and needs.
