Armand Zimmerman is a Research Assistant at the Center. Armand focuses on the development of discrete-event simulations to support research into global financing mechanisms for health products that address poverty-related and neglected diseases. He also supports quantitative investigations seeking to address how changes in access to health services alter societal trust in government institutions across conflict-affected regions.
Ashwini Deshpande is a Policy Associate at the Center. Ashwini focuses on quantitative analysis evaluating the impact of health financing policies on equitable and efficient provision of essential health services.
Deepti Agnihotri started her internship at the Center during the summer of 2020. Her research focuses on the impact of value-based care on maternal health disparities in the US. She is a current Duke Global Health Institute Master's student.

Shenglan Tang is a Technical Advisor to the Center. He is a Professor of Medicine and Global Health at Duke Global Health Institute (DGHI), Associate Director of DGHI for China Initiatives and Director of the new Global Health Research Center at Duke Kunshan University in China.
Siddharth Dixit is a Policy Associate at the Center. He focuses on impact of aid transition on health. Prior to joining the Center he was part of Duke Center for International Development focusing on development in low and middle income countries. Siddharth also works with the Evidence Lab at the Duke Global Health Institute.
