​​​​​Earlene Lezama-Taylor is from Queens, New York. She received her Associate of Science in Business from Metropolitan College of New York. She is currently enrolled at St. Johns University. She comes with a wealth of knowledge in business, and working as a mentor. She is a notary, a member of The Long Island African American Chamber of Commerce and the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. She is a Co-Author in "Her World: Wisdom & Inspiration from Women in Business." Earlene believes all youth can become who they want to be with the proper education and training tools. So, she started "Complete Girlz" Mentoring/Empowerment Program, where she is has been the CEO for over 5 years. Complete Girlz was founded in 2015 and incorporated in 2016 as a 501(c)3.
