Andrew McCutcheon

When it comes to the technical side of things, Andrew's extensive knowledge base is virtually unmatched in the marine industry, hence our in-house nickname...The Human-Marine-Encyclopedia. A graduate of Georgian College's Marine Technology program, Andrew has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience through his involvement in virtually all levels and departments of a full service marine dealership. An avid boater himself, you'll be overwhelmed with Andrew's expertise, professionalism and helpful attitude.

Brad Griffin

Brad brings 30+ years of experience to the business, from decades of boating on the Trent with family, to earning his Mercruiser Technician Certification and owning and operating a small local marina; Brad's experience and knowledge is vast. Brad enjoys meeting new and existing customers, and looks forward to assisting with all of your service needs!

Brian Brinks

Brian grew up on the water and his summers were spent boating around Ontario with his family. This created a love of the water, that led Brian to pursue a career in the boating industry. He boasts extensive cruising experience, navigating the waters of the Great Lakes, the Eastern Seaboard and as far south as Cuba! With over 19 successful years in yacht and boat sales, he has sold boats ranging in size from 10 foot tenders to 92 foot motor yachts, and everything in between. Brian's greatest asset is his ability to build strong relationships with his customers, which he fosters by continually addressing their needs in an efficient, timely and fair manner.

Brian Crate

Brian has spent his entire life in the marine industry. He is 3rd generation family that started in the marine business back in 1930. His wealth of knowledge and expertise will guide you safely and calmly through the waters of today. Chris Meyer

As an infant, Chris was adopted into a water-loving Dutch family. His boating roots stem back to weekends at the cottage in the Muskoka's and on Georgian Bay. Even to this day, Chris shares the same love and passion for the boating lifestyle he inherited as a young boy. You will come to know Chris as a boat enthusiast first and a true sales consultant second.

Dan Crate

Dan has been in the marine business his entire life. Born and raised at a family marina, he is familiar with virtually every aspect of boating and has accumulated a wealth of experience and knowledge; combined with his personable and friendly attitude, Dan can provide our customers with service second to none.

Jason Crate

A 4th generation Crate, Jason brings over 20 years experience to the business. Like those before him, he learned the business the old-fashioned way: from the ground up; working in every department from the gas dock to the boardroom. Hard work, dedication and a straightforward approach have earned Jason the position of trusted advisor to his clients.

Mark Meeks

Mark comes from a water-born family. From his childhood days to the present he has spent every spare moment involved in boating activities. His honest, youthful approach and sincere dedication to providing ultimate customer service will assure you a most pleasant investment experience.

Peter Wilson

Peter has extensive experience in boating having been in the industry for over 30 years as an owner and in sales with 3 of Ontario's largest marinas. As well Peter has raced boats and was a host on PowerBoat Television. From helping you choose your next boat to driving lessons he is definitely a full service sales person ready to help you in many ways.

Rich Groom

Rich has been involved with the Crate family for many years; training customers on their boat handling and navigational skills. A boater all his life, Rich has extensive cruising experience on Georgian Bay, the Great Lakes and the Eastern Seaboard and is a Transport Canada Certified Pleasure Craft Examiner. He is also a member of the Canadian Coast Guard Auxiliary and a Canadian Power Squadron Instructor.
