Anna Elizabeth Pruitt graduated from the University of South Carolina Upstate with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications in 2018. Pruitt then went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law in 2022. While at the Charleston School of Law, Pruitt was a member of the Resolved Law Review, served as a volunteer advocate for Tri-County S.P.E.A.K.S., and clerked at HawkLaw. She was admitted to practice law in South Carolina in 2022.
As a South Carolina native, Ms. Pruitt is thrilled to call Greenville her home. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking with her dog, reading, and exploring the city.
Anthony Stadler graduated with his Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowling Green State University in 2015. Mr. Stadler then went on to earn his Juris Doctor from University of Illinois Chicago Law School in 2020. He was admitted to practice law in South Carolina in 2021. Prior to joining HawkLaw, Anthony worked as an insurance defense associate before shifting his focus to representing clients in personal injury matters.
C. Logan Rollins has been with HawkLaw since 2010 working on personal injury cases like car accident injuries, wrongful death and more. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from the Charleston School of Law, his MA in English from Clemson University, and his BA in English from North Greenville University.
He is licensed to practice in all South Carolina State Courts, the District Court of the United States for the District of South Carolina, and the Supreme Court of the United States of America. Logan Rollins has handled cases from trial level through the appellate level.
Carolyn Atkins received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland in 2012 and received her Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2016. Prior to joining HawkLaw, Ms. Atkins worked as an insurance defense associate before shifting her focus to represent injured clients in personal injury and workers' compensation cases.
Originally from Maryland, Ms. Atkins is proud to call Greenville her home. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, spending time with her family and rescue dogs, and cheering for the Clemson Tigers.
Casey Jacaruso is an Associate Attorney with HawkLaw. Casey earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Sociology in 2008 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she was Phi Alpha Delta. She earned a Juris Doctor in 2014 from the Charleston School of Law, where she was president of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, president of the Military Law Society and a contributing editor of the Law Journal of Alternative Dispute Resolution. She was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2014.
Casey began her practice in Charleston, South Carolina where she handled general civil litigation, criminal defense and domestic relations matters. Since then, she has focused her practice on motor vehicle collisions, specifically those involving motorcycles. She is an active member of the South Carolina Bar Association, the Greenville County Bar Association and the South Carolina Association for Justice. When she's not at the office, you can find Casey enjoying the beautiful hikes and waterfalls of the Upstate, camping in the Blue Ridge Mountains and rolling around with her yellow lab. She often travels to her hometown of Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina to visit her family.
Chris graduated magna cum laude from Wofford College in 2005 where he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. He graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2012 where he was inducted into the Order of the Wig and Robe. Prior to joining HawkLaw, Chris practiced in the Greenville, Richland, and Sumter County public defender offices, where he tried numerous felony and misdemeanor cases to juries.
Drew was born and raised in the Charleston area. He graduated from Clemson University in 2009, and the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2012. Following law school, he clerked for the Honorable Edgar W. Dickson in Orangeburg, SC. He then spent over 5 years at the Ninth Circuit Solicitor's Office in Charleston where he prosecuted over 1,200 cases and tried approximately 30 jury trials.
In 2018 he left the Solicitor's Office to go into private practice, focusing on personal injury, general civil litigation, and criminal defense. He joined the HawkLaw Firm in 2020 and enjoys being a strong trial advocate for his clients, currently focusing his practice on personal injury litigation. He has successfully litigated cases in over half of the counties in South Carolina in Circuit and Magistrate Courts and the Federal District of South Carolina.
He lives with his wife and two sons in Charleston where they are active members of the James Island Presbyterian Church. In his free time, Drew enjoys singing with the Charleston Men's Chorus, cooking and eating the delicious food South Carolina and Charleston have to offer, and pulling for the Clemson Tigers!
Camden's practice focuses on matters involving catastrophic personal injury, nursing home negligence, and medical malpractice. Before joining HawkLaw, Camden practiced at a large personal injury firm and at a regional insurance defense firm. He is licensed to practice law in the State of South Carolina and the U.S. District Court of South Carolina.
Camden graduated with honors from Sewanee: The University of the South. He then attended law school at the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he was a member of the Dean's List and the winner of several CALI (formerly American Jurisprudence) awards.

John Hawkins is the Founder and CEO of HawkLaw, a firm he created and has grown and nurtured since 2002. He has been licensed to practice law in South Carolina since his graduation with honors in 1994 from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he was Managing Editor of the Law Review and was admitted to the Order of Wig and Robe. John worked at a few different law firms before he decided to start his own business.
John Hawkins is the Founder and CEO of HawkLaw, a firm he created and has grown and nurtured since 2002. He has been licensed to practice law in South Carolina since his graduation with honors in 1994 from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he was on the Law Review and Order of Wig and Robe. John's career has been focused on litigation, and he is experienced in handling Car Wrecks, Workers' Compensation, Personal Injury, Social Security Disability, Administrative Law, and Criminal Law matters. His familiarity with the courtroom began when he clerked for the South Carolina Supreme Court and South Carolina Circuit Court. He also served for eight years as a South Carolina State Senator and for four years as a member of the South Carolina House of Representatives.
John has served his country for 23 years in the South Carolina Army and Air National Guard, where he rose to the rank of Major and gained even greater legal experience as a JAG officer. John graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Wofford College. His legal experience as a litigator, Legislator, Senator, and JAG officer, as well as the leadership skills learned in politics and the military, are put to excellent use for HawkLaw's clients. John's love of companies that put their customers first has led him to insist that every HawkLaw client receive an Amazing Client Experience.
John enjoys spending time with his two daughters. He's also a pilot, cyclist, and avid reader.
Monique James is an Associate Attorney with HawkLaw. Ms. James received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of South Carolina in 2013 and her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2017. While at the University of South Carolina, Ms. James served as the Treasurer for the Black Law Students Association and volunteered with the Income Tax Association and the Restorative Justice Program with Richland County School District One. She was admitted to practice law in South Carolina in 2018.
Ms. James honed her advocacy skills during her time practicing Family Law before shifting her focus to Personal Injury that she continues to practice today.
In her spare time, Ms. James is an avid roller skater and enjoys spending time with her family.
Nancy David received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminology from the University of Florida in 2014. Ms. David then earned her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2017. While at the University of South Carolina School of Law, Ms. David earned a Concentration in Children's Law Certificate, served as legal counsel in the Special Advocacy Clinic, volunteered as a mentor in the Constitutional Scholars Pipeline Program and served as a Guardian ad Litem for the children of South Carolina.
Ms. David also worked as an intern for Richland County Public Defender's Office, specifically researching juvenile cases. Ms. David was admitted to practice law in South Carolina in 2018. After law school, she served as a law clerk to South Carolina Circuit Court Judge, The Honorable Clifton B. Newman. In her spare time, Ms. David enjoys Zumba, cooking new recipes and spending time with family in Florida.
