John K offers classes, private lessons, and workshops in Yoga, Qigong and meditation. As he continues to deepen and refine his understanding and experience of these practices, John's goal is to help practitioners unleash the potential that lies within them... John has practiced Sheng Zhen since 1997. He was one of the instructors in the first group to be certified to teach in the United States. His enthusiasm and incisive manner helps students easily learn this graceful practice. Over the years, John's practice and training have taken him throughout the United States, and to China, Germany, the Philippines, Hawaii and Canada... My muscle tone has improved and my joints feel better. I am now able to lie flat on my back without bending my knees and without pain. John provides individual attention and makes sure that asanas are done properly without making me feel like a complete klutz! He has demonstrated his knowledge of body physiology, so I trust him with the instruction he gives..
