Atul Batra, an Alumni of Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and has been in practice for around 33 Years. Primarily a litigating Lawyer and now embarked on a mission to reduce litigation to have a more productive society. He did his first training in Mediation in 2006 with Samadhan of Delhi High Court and has done multiple courses with STRAUS INSTITUTE Pepperdine School of Law and SIMI i.e Singapore International Mediation Institute. He is a accredited Mediator by Struas Institute for Dispute Resolution.

Ms. Neha Jain Singhal

Ms. Neha Jain having completed law in 2008, worked as a Law Researcher with HMJ (Retd.) V.B. Gupta, Delhi High Court and started her career as a litigating lawyer in 2009. She has been Legal Retainer for prominent organizations like DSIIDC, DCM Shriram, PureEarth Infrastructure Ltd. Country Club India Ltd., Anytime Fitness Gym and many others. She is presently also serving as Additional Standing Counsel, MCD. Apart from being a hard-core litigating lawyer, she is an accredited mediator with Samadhan. She has done her basic training on Mediation in India and Advance Training from Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, University of Pepperdine, Malibu, USA. She is also an internationally accredited mediator having being trained from CIArb, London and also Member, CIArb, London. Furthermore, she has also laid her hands into writing a book "Delhi VAT One Should Know", published by Jain Book Depot.

Sakshi Vijay is the Joint-Secretary of Maadhyam, Council for Conflict Resolution and she is currently working in Jindal Global University in the Law School as an Assistant Professor. She is a Humboldt (German Chancellor) Fellow with her Masters from the University of Melbourne in International Disputes Resolutions. She has worked previously in the field of Public Policy as a Consultant with the Law Commission of India (Government of India). She has qualified as an Advocate in India and worked as an in-house counsel in the first two years of her professional life in an Oil and Gas exploration company, Government of Gujarat. She passed out of ILS Law College, Pune University in 2013. She was trained as a Mediator in Australia and then as a Tribunal Secretary in Hong Kong. After her Masters, she worked at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre as a case managing intern for Arbitration and Mediation and participated in the business development activities of the Institution in India. She is a regular researcher and publisher in the field of mediation in south-east Asia and has organized seminars and conferences around Institutional Arbitration in India. Accredited also as a mediator by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, she aspires to bring about awareness of the process through community mediation and training in negotiation of people at large.

Sarika Gandhi is a lawyer and a trained Mediator since the year 2006 from Samadhan, the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. She has attended an Advanced Mediation Programme at Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution, Pepperdine University, USA and the SIMI accredited International Mediation Leaders programme at Singapore. She is a SIMI accredited mediator and a Mediation Trainer. Ms Gandhi has successfully mediated a large number of complex commercial and family disputes. She has specialized in the areas of Aviation laws, Corporate Laws, Data Protection laws and Corporate Compliances. She is instrumental in organizing various trainings, conferences and webinars. She is an active Rotarian and Past President of Rotary Club of Delhi Safdarjung
