Chelsea Gonzales

Ms. Gonzales is a 2012 graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in general studies with a minor in Art. She has more than eleven years of professional photography experience. Prior to joining McBade she was employed as a universal banker for a local bank for more than two years. Her many years in customer service driven industries paired with her accounting and artistic experience proves invaluable for providing the administrative and marketing needs for McBade. Ms. Gonzales is an active member of the Youngsville Chamber of Commerce.

Jeremy Fontenot

Job Titles:

Mr. Fontenot graduated from Louisiana State University (LSU) in 2000 with a B.S. in Environmental Management Systems and earned his M.S. in Civil Engineering in 2003 at LSU as well. Mr. Fontenot has 18 years of project management, planning, design, permitting and construction administration of civil, water, wastewater and water resources projects for local an d state clients in Louisiana, Arkansas and Texas. Mr. Fontenot has been the Project Manager on many projects such as various projects on the Baton Rouge Sanity Sewer Overflow Program including the design of a 120 million gallon per day pump station and associated 60-inch forcemain. He is an active member of ASCE and is currently serving as the Acadiana Branch Secretary.

Lucas Hudspeth

Mr. Hudspeth graduated from Louisiana State University (LSU) in 2007 with his B.S. in Civil Engineering. Mr. Hudspeth has over 13 years of experience in planning, permitting, grant writing and construction administration of civil, water, wastewater and water resources projects for local and state clients in Louisiana. Mr. Hudspeth is proficient in AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3-D, Microstation V8 XM, Microsoft Project and GIS. Mr. Huspeth has experience in the preparation of grant applications and has served as an Engineer intern on projects for clients primarily of local governments. He is an active member of ASCE.

Nelson Gonzales

Mr. Gonzales served as a law enforcement officer for Lafayette Parish and Broussard Police Department for a combined 16 years. Mr. Gonzales brings significant experience in safety, security and report writing. His security and safety experience provides added value to the designs of facilities. His field, AutoCAD, computer and report writing experience provide the foundation for providing field inspection, CADD technician and grant writing services for McBade.

PAMELA G. GRANGER - President

Mrs. Granger graduated from the University of Southern Louisiana(USL) in 1994 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and earned her M.S. in 2000 in Engineering at USL as well. Mrs. Granger is a licensed civil engineer in Louisiana and Florida and has been a Civil Engineer for over 27 years. Her experience includes project management, planning, modeling, design, permitting and construction administration of coastal restoration, water resources and large civil works projects for local, state and federal clients throughout the Gulf Coast. Some of Mrs. Granger's experience includes serving as the City of Youngsville's City Engineer since January 2015, Project Engineer for CPRA's Mid-Barataria Sediment Diversion project through 15% plans, Engineering Lead for the Mississippi River Mid Basin Sediment Diversion Program and many other water management projects including the USACE and South Florida Water Management District C-44 Phases 1 and 2 projects that are part of the Acceler8 Everglades Restoration Program. She is active in the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and has served on numerous committees, and has held officer positions on the branch level in Louisiana and Florida and is the current Past President of the Louisiana Section Board of Directors of ASCE. She is an active member of the Youngsville Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Business Advocacy Committee.
