Dr. Nasir H Ali

Dr. Ali served as the Chief of the Traumatology and Physical Therapy Department in Baghdad, Iraq. As a consulting physician, Dr. Ali worked closely with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugee (UNHCR) in Iraq, where he conducted various medical examinations for refugees, who entered Iraq from other countries under the protection of the UNHCR. Dr. Ali also served as Director for the "Center for Rehabilitation, Prosthetics and Orthotics" in Baghdad, represented the Iraqi Ministry of Health in collaboration with the International Red Cross organization (IRC) to develop "The Center for Rehabilitation, Prosthetics and Orthotics", the center was one of the largest and most advanced centers in the Middle East region. The center treated all types of disabilities, including those disabled due to congenital, other medical problems, and war related injuries. Dr. Ali was awarded "The Saint Sepulcher Order of Merit - Officer Grade" for exceptional service by The Greek Orthodox Patriarchate of Jordan and Palestine in 2001.

Mukhlis is an expert in the areas of security, defense, and counterinsurgency affairs with an in-depth focus on the geopolitical challenges, regional conflicts, and government affairs in the Middle East and North Africa regions. Mukhlis served as a strategic advisor for several national and international NGOs and institutions; promoting and serving civil societies, community affairs, political reconciliation, peace building, security improvement, and democratic resilience. He also held leadership positions as senior advisor for many leading companies and corporations in the energy, security, and defense industries. Currently, Mukhlis is the President of MIG Strategic Consulting; a consultancy firm based in the Washington D.C. metro area and specializes in providing advisory services and strategic solutions to clients in both the public and private sectors on international business & investments, business intelligence, public relations, foreign affairs, government services, regulatory requirements, emergency management, and operational activities.

R. Kirk Sherr

Mr. Kirk Sherr is Senior Advisor to the Advisory Council at MIG Group, Mr. Sherr is also the President of Clearview Strategy Group, an international energy and natural resources development advisory firm based in Washington, D.C. with extensive experience working with governments and large multi-national corporations. Mr. Sherr has deep experience in international affairs and foreign relations. He has been an international professional since 1985 with extensive experience in the Middle East, South America and Mexico. Mr. Sherr has been extensively involved in Iraq since 2006 and has helped numerous companies in Iraq by working closely with the Department of State, the Department of Commerce, the National Security Council and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. He has been a speaker on Iraqi issues and outlook around the United States. Mr. Sherr has held senior executive positions and has founded energy service companies, energy distribution companies, and large midstream and downstream energy businesses in numerous Latin American and the Middle Eastern countries. Prior to Clearview, he was the President of MetroGas (Mexico City) and Compania Mexicana de Gas (Monterrey). Mr. Sherr was formerly a Principal at The Scowcroft Group. Mr. Sherr is also an Adjunct Professor at the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service, specializing in international energy and security issues and a Director of the Mexican industrial services company GESAGG. Mr. Sherr began his career as a diplomat after receiving his A.B. in Economics, Government and Spanish from Franklin and Marshall College, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver. He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
