Allison Freed is the Consumer Representative Manager with the Easton office at Lawyer.com. Allison has an extensive background in managing call centers in high demand industries. She joined Lawyer.com in May of 2016. Allison enjoys the constant change and diversity of each day at Lawyer.com. Her favorite hobby is working with a non profit animal rescue called Outcast Rescue and assisting in events or application processing. Allison and her husband have 5 children, 3 girls and two boys, along with 2 dogs, a Labrador and Rottweiler. She enjoys the hustle and busy of everyday life and time with her family on the weekends.

Ashley McLaughlin is a Consumer Representative at Lawyer.com. Prior to Lawyer.com, Ashley worked for Wells Fargo and Guardian Life Insurance. Ashley graduated from East Stroudsburg University in 2012 majoring in Psychology with a concentration in research. She first joined Lawyer.com in January of 2016 where she enjoys her co-workers and overall work atmosphere. When not at work, Ashley enjoys going to the gym as much as possible, eating, and hiking.

Donna Henke is a customer service representative for Lawyer.com and couldn't be more proud to have joined this team in May of 2016. She has an extensive customer service background and takes great pride in providing top quality service to Lawyer.com consumers. She was once licensed in P&C Insurance, and soon after worked for a nutrition company, advising clients how to eat in a healthy way and avoid dieting forever. Donna chose to raise a family rather than attending college when she was young. Donna is a breast cancer survivor. Diagnosis came immediately after being hired on at Lawyer.com, they have been more than accommodating during this process and she is forever grateful. She loves nothing more than enjoying life and all four of her grand kids ranging from 9 months to 6 years old. These are the true joys in life. When her grand kids aren't visiting, her challenge is her four year old dog Gomer. Lawyer.com is the niche she hopes to remain in long term, they are kind-hearted, fun loving professionals. Perfect fit.

Kati Latina joined the Lawyer.com team in August 2015 as a Consumer Representative. In addition to converting potential client inquiries into referrals, Kati also enjoys contributing to the Lawyer.com Blog and handling the Lawyer.com Protection Plan™. After earning her Bachelor's Degree in English with two minors in Spanish and Business Administration (Marketing) from Monmouth University, Kati enrolled in the ABA-approved Paralegal Studies program through Fairleigh Dickinson University. Shortly after receiving her certificate in Paralegal Studies, Kati became a National Federation of Paralegal Associations CORE Registered Paralegal in May 2015. Participating in continuing education webinars allows Kati to maintain her Paralegal Certification. These thought-provoking and enriching webinars enhance Kati's knowledge of the legal field, which only benefits her role as a Consumer Representative at Lawyer.com. When Kati is not working, she likes spending time at the beach in South Jersey or camping in Pennsylvania.
Keri Moreland started her career with Lawyer.com April 2016 as a Consumer Representative. Since the start of my career with Lawyer.com, she have been assigned as a Training Specialist for all new hires for our Consumer Department, along with other company projects. This career is completely different from her previous employer of 13 years. She was a liaison between major insurance providers & Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Her sole responsibility was to assure the insurance rates and reservations were in place. To assist with proper repair follow-up with all preferred DRP (Direct Repair Program) & non-DRP shop. Assisted with new quarterly training for claim representatives, shop owners and Enterprise Daily Rental employees on updated Enterprise software, state policies pertaining to rental agreements & insurance regulations on rentals. Prior to this, Keri had been an Assistant General Manager for a hotel property in Encinitias, CA. Her husband had been stationed at Camp Pendelton with the United States Marine Corps. She studied business management and hotel & tourism, as her goal at the time was to run a Resort. With her husband leaving active duty they relocated from California to New Jersey where she started my new career with rental and insurance.When not at work, Keri enjoys spending time with her daughter, husband and puppy. She enjoys running, mud runs, hiking, really anything that gets you outdoors. She is also a huge Disney buff. Most favorite vacation is being on-board one the four cruise liners by Disney.

She has been with the company since August 2016, and her favorite thing about work is all of her co-workers. Her hobbies and interests include soccer, camping, and anything outdoors.
