Mrs. BUDAK graduated from Hacettepe University - Department of Business Management in 1986. She started her business life as a Finance Manager in a corporate firm. Later, she worked as the Deputy General Manager in the same company and then she was appointed as the General Manager of SASEK A.Ş.
She worked as a Board Member and General Manager at Sera Yapı Endüstrisi ve Tic. A.Ş. between 1995-2006. She served as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Manager between 2006 - 2013, and since 2014 she has continued to serve as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors. She also serves as a Board Member and CFO at Nanobiomed AŞ.

Dr. Gürer Güven Budak, the founding manager of the Nanobiomed®Inc, is a physician graduated from Faculty of Medicine and has a "Doctoral" degree in Clinical Physiology and an "Executive MBA - Master" degree in Business Administration.
Dr. Gürer G. Budak is member of some international scientific agencies such as European Technology Platform on NanoMedicine (ETP-NM), European Foundation for Clinical Nanomedicine (CLINAM), NATO Research and Technology Organization (NATO-RTO/HFM 177), and European Union NMP (Nanoscience, Nanotechnologies, Materials & New Production Technologies) Committee. He is also the founding president of International Society for Nanomedical Science (ISNS).
Dr. Mehmet Budak, the R&D Director of the Nanobiomed®Inc, specialized in Urology in Turkey then specialized in Clinical and Surgical Pathology in the United States of America. Continuing his scientific studies since 1998 in the United States of America, Dr. Mehmet Budak is engaged in basic and clinical sciences at notable universities including Georgetown University, George Washington University, Albert Einstein College of Medicine, New York University-Lenox Hill Hospital, and Cornell Weil University.
