Parametric Test Solutions (PTS) was created and founded by Bill Scharlau in 2009. Before founding PTS, Scharlau worked for Agilent Technologies as a senior Applications/Systems Engineer for 14 years. He traveled around the world demonstrating the Agilent test systems capabilities and has worked closely with dozens of semi-conductor facilities to make their testing methodologies faster, smarter and better. It was during this time that he met other engineers with the same competitive drive for excellence.
