​We offer independent living. All of our units are ADA approved, designed with "aging in place" as the goal for our residents. A person must be 62 or older and/or disabled. We are a "Tax Credit Program"; affordable housing with your income and assets taken into consideration to qualify... We offer one bedroom apartments only. There are pull cord stations in the bedroom & bathroom, roll-in showers and a dishwasher in each apartment. There is onsite storage and assigned parking for all units. We accept up to two cats, they must be indoor animals only. We are a smoke-free facility.
