Prior to joining RPS Financial Services as Director, Dean held varied senior business leadership and sales roles in organisations including ANZ, Allianz Insurance, CGU Insurance, RAC Insurance and AAMI. Accountable for large scale growth, acquisition and financial execution, Dean has combined his executive experience with his broader success in property development and business ownership. With experience spanning public and private companies, Dean demonstrates a deep understanding of client engagement, credit management and business transformation. Throughout his MBA studies at Charles Sturt University, Dean has crafted his ability to connect conceptual best practice with tangible business outcomes.
