She now works as an interim executive and consultant in the areas of human resource management, strategy development and implementation, business performance improvement, transformational change, and people, leadership and culture change. Susan has delivered outstanding results in a wide range of senior executive and consulting roles in organisations including Service NSW, Energex, Woolworths, Telstra, National Australia Bank, and State and Local Government. Her experience in leading successful business improvement across sectors allows her to bring a depth of thought leadership and practical hands on experience in what works in delivering transformational change in complex organisations.
