Steel Waves LLC. was founded in 2014 at the height of the LTE expansion across the US. We started as a small group of technicians, who worked up to management and subject matter experts in our companies. As we grew in our knowledge, we began to understand how highly trained and knowledgeable technicans were critical to the mission of any project, but were rarely encouraged to grow and mature. We founded our company on the principal that well informed and well trained technicians are the most valuable assets on a project, and managers who came from that work force were better at meeting customer needs than those not coming from the field.
