TJ-ATS

TJ-ATS, the Project for Capacity Development in Air Traffic Services is an official development Project by JICA in the aviation sector in Tajikistan. The Project was launched on March 2016 in Dushanbe. The Project consists of three pillars, the Output-1 is to enhance capacity of Air Traffic Control officers in line with ICAO standards, the Output-2 is to improve ATC services with regard to ICAO recommendations, mainly SMS and a contingency plan, and the Output-3 is to improve Aeronautical Information Services with regard to ICAO recommendation... The project provide the technical transfer by Japanese aviation experts and training opportunities in certified aviation training institutes in Malaysia, Germany and Luxemburg.
