Chris began his career working in finance at PwC Canada and Australia. He worked for PwC for nine years before joining the finance team of Flight Center Group - one of the world's leading travel groups.
After two years, he continued to move to Singapore to become Chief Financial Officer of Buffalo Tours brand and was attached to this job for five years.
Chris is now the deputy general director of TMG. He's also the group CFO and is based in Hanoi.
Dam Bich Thuy graduated Master of Business Administration degree in finance at Wharton University (USA) with a Fulbright scholarship in 1994. After graduation, Thuy joined ANZ Singapore and soon became one of the key leaders in this bank. In 2005, she returned to Vietnam to take the position of General Director of ANZ Vietnam. During 20 years working for ANZ, she was appreciated for her important contributions. Thuy also took the CEO position of Vietnam International Bank after leaving ANZ.

David Do is the founder and CEO of VI Group. He was a General Manager at Microsoft where he led Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions, Investments and Joint Ventures for the Windows and Online Services divisions. Besides, David was part of the team which managed Microsoft's investment in Expedia and his team led the acquisition of Fare-cast. His operating experience includes managing partnerships for Microsoft's services businesses and well as serving as a member of the Board of Directors of MSNBC (a Microsoft/NBC partnership), CNBC, Ninemsn (Australia) and ventures in China, Australia, Mexico and the Middle East.

Jemal-ud-din Kassum (Jamil) has had a career of 25 years in the IFC, including eight years as a Vice President, Investment Operations, and 6 years in the World Bank where he was the Bank's Regional Vice President for East Asia and the Pacific. Since leaving the World Bank Group, Jamil has remained active in emerging markets, and is currently one of the Board members or Advisers to a few companies operating in East Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America and the Middle East
Kenneth was Executive Chairman of Grant Thornton until June 30, 2019. He is now a Senior Advisor to the Board of Grant Thornton Vietnam. He started his career in international banking, and after 14 years with assignments in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia, he set up his own consultancy business. With over 45 years of emerging market experience and 40 years of Asian experience, Ken has undertaken advisory and corporate finance transactions in many emerging markets worldwide.
Before joining TMG, Luong Van Tu was a Chairman of ACB Fund Management Company. Besides, he served as the head of Vietnam's trade delegation in Singapore from 1987 to 1993 and as Deputy Minister of Commerce from 1998 to 2007. He was head of the government negotiation delegation on economics and commerce, head of the WTO accession delegation in 2006, General Secretary of Vietnam's National Commission on International Cooperation, and for seven years Tu was Chairman of the Vietnam-USA Committee on Economic and Trade Cooperation.

Mr. Nguyen Trung Cong, TMG's Deputy General Director, is in charge of technology and directly manages the Group's online business. He now runs iVIVU.com Joint Stock Company - Vietnam's leading online travel agency with a doubling growth rate every year.
Previously, Mr. Nguyen Trung Cong and Group Chairman Tran Trong Kien had developed Buffalo Tours from a Vietnamese enterprise to Asia's leading destination management company with offices in 11 countries.
Before joining TMG, Mr. Nguyen Trung Cong had more than 20 years of experience in Information Technology, specializing in software product development and enterprise technology. He has worked with major partners in Japan and the US for years.

Soren Hartmann was, until the end of 2022, the Chief Executive Officer of DER Touristik Group and a member of the Management Board of Rewe Group. ReWe Group is a diversified retail and tourism group with an annual revenue of $81B.
He started his professional career in 1989 as a product manager at Take Off GmbH in Düsseldorf, an independent startup company financed by TUI Group. Later, he played a key role in building the TUI Group and became Managing Director of TUI Germany. Then he became Managing Director of Robinson Club GmbH, a leading German Holiday Club and Resort Brand with 25 clubs and 4,500 employees worldwide. In 2010, Hartmann then took over the management of DER Touristik Deutschland GmbH, where he realigned the entire company's activities and helped to regain profitability in a short time. Four years later, because of the successful restructuring, he finally became CEO of DER Touristik Group. Over 10 years, he built up the second-biggest European travel and tourism group with 130 companies, including tour operators, travel agency chains, booking portals, destination agencies, hotel companies, and others, in 17 European countries. Among others, he integrated the Kuoni Group, Exim and Fischer Holdidays, Aldiana, and Toothers.
Today he is the president of the Federal Association of the German Tourism Industry, a supervisory board member of Der Touristik Group and other companies, an advisor, and an entrepreneur.

Tran Trong Kien has been a pioneer in many adventure tours in Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos. He ran local tours to fund his medical studies before establishing Buffalo Tours in 1994. After years of passion, effort, discipline, and vision, Kien has led his business to become Thien Minh Group - one of the leading travel and hospitality groups in the region, which currently consists of four business lines: Management Destination, Hospitality, Online and Aviation. Kien is also current chairman of Vietnam Tourism Advisory Board (TAB), Hue Tourism Advisory Board (HTAB),
