Cash Management Companies (CMCs) have a number of agenda items that will reflect similarities; two of these though will be dominant in the thoughts and execution of our daily work life planning. The first is Safety of our people; the second is the Security of our business including premises, vehicles and our Intellectual Property. Both these criticalities require an evolutionary approach when assessing for sustained performance. They are the two constants that require, that in fact demand, investment through training and via the involvement of technology. Our industry will continue to work as one to ensure our relationships including contractual obligations with our client and servicing base are continually serviced to expectations and we're not influenced to diminish both these criticalities through the expectation of pricing battles. ACMA can and will form relationships with our industry to ensure we continue to drive common themes as our most essential part of doing business.....
