Affordable Eyewear USA officially opened July 27th 2016. The mission is to provide a service that over 70% of the population needs at any given time. Affordable Eyewear USA has over 36 years of providing service to Central, Alabama. Affordable Eyewear was founded by Hobson and Ramona C Cox. Hobson started in the optical industry back in 1968 in Cincinnati Ohio. Hobson was born in Smuteye, Alabama of Bullock County. Ramona was born in Montgomery, Al. Her family both side are from Bullock County. Mother Alberta Johnson Simons, Father Silas Crawford.
