ARMOUR was formed in 2015 further to a group of concerned citizens taking action to address a major sewage spill into the Jukskei River in Johannesburg... With positive results 'The Voice for Water' was subsequently 'heard' and ARMOUR was established as an NGO providing a voice between civil society and those responsible for managing OUR water...
