Bayview Community Development Corporation (BCDC), is a community-based not-for-profit founded in 1993. BCDC seeks to strengthen the neighborhood's social fabric by assisting in the growth and success of local businesses, by assisting residents to enhance their lives and incomes, and by sponsoring community programs with a core focus as a developer and property manager... Bayview CDC owns and manages affordable rental properties in San Diego County. Our housing is dedicated to families looking to create a great start towards economic progress. We have a community of diverse residents and host events during holidays to help build community at each property. Our locations are in central San Diego, 15 minutes from the downtown area.
